Last week Trump supporters and leftist social justice warriors met on the political field of battle in Berkeley, California. Words were exchanged, as were punches. And while an alt-right leader was punched in the face, by all accounts even the social justice warriors admit that they got a major beat-down.
This prompted a reddit discussion among the left’s tolerant resistance movement, with many asking how they can more effectively go to war against anyone who disagrees with their social, political, and economic views.
The anti-Trump protesters at the rally were ill-prepared for what they came to Berkeley to confront and now they are trying to figure out ways to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
In short, as predicted, they are turning to militancy and mob action by mobilizing individuals and groups to attend combat training seminars, acquiring better equipment like baseball bats and helmets, and of course, if things really go bad… guns.
Yes, we seemed to have lost today. The alt-right held their ground. If we wanna take action against them, we need to be better organized and better trained. It doesn’t help that it’s only the far left opposing them, any trump supporter can be radicalized far easier than any liberal.

We cannot yield free speech and free association to these criminals. I know young men who have military training attend these events. If the left wants a battle, they will curb stomp them.

This has been simmering in the US for at least 50 years now, just about the same amount of time it took for the Civil War to turn hot.
90% of the riot was not in the Civic Center Park, proper.
It was a roiling, moving affair.
The cops disarmed EVERYONE in the Park, “You’ll be protected”.
80% of AntiFa did NOT disarm, did not ever attempt park entry, encircled the park in that somewhat (or very) armed condition.

If only one of the leaders of Antifa would call Trump a bad name, then he might do something about them, but as it is they only attack his supporters, so its no big deal to him.

Antifa already has been swinging skateboards and poles at people’s heads. You’ll see some of that in the Berkeley videos. It’s just a matter of time before the antifa criminals kill or maim someone.
Personally I’d stay away from these mob scenes. Don’t need to go to jail or the hospital. But if you do make sure you are with people who know what they are doing and who will watch your back.
These California politicians who are allowing antifas to mask their faces and dress in known battle gear need to be prosecuted by the DOJ for RICO.
