Not only did he rewrite statutory law, he ensconced the power of the national government to force citizens to purchase a product. These precedents will remain even if Obamacare is repealed.
Repeal the 17th Amendment.
That’s how the Obama team operates. Still think they had something on him regarding the adoption of his kids to get their desired decision on Obamacare.

Seems like a sweeping generalization to me. Do you have any evidence of your statement? You may be right. I would assume judges have opinions, but would attempt to make their rulings without letting their prejudices effect them. It becomes harder all the time to believe that more and more judges are not swayed by politics.Especially when those nominating them are more and more political.
