Earlier this month, Harvard Ph.D. Jerome Corsi of InfoWars (@jerome_corsi) and a CPA "who worked for two years for a major U.S. accounting firm as an outside auditor for Freddie Mac," confirmed a 2012 scheme hatched by the Obama administration to funnel hundreds of billions in dividends from Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE) Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to prop up the failing Obamacare program - by paying subsidies to insurers to remain in the system.

The conclusion reached by Corsi and others is that this was probably illegal.
In fact, House Republicans actually sued the Obama Administration in 2014 over the fact that the subsidies to insurers weren't appropriated by congress and won, which the Obama administration appealed. As Zerohedge and the Atlanta Journal Constitution pointed out last week, the Trump administration has until May 22nd to decide whether or not to pursue the appeal:

Now, now. I've had to rethink my opinion of Ms. Gorelick (who I thought was one of the unsung villains of the Clinton era) since I found out she was Jared and Ivanka's lawyer. /S

That one name to me is synonymous with Benedict Arnold and every other American traitor of whom one could think, let alone Raines and Johnson.
The idea that any part of her connected with Ivanka Trump is just about as disconnected as one could be, frankly. They are indeed fools if they have this woman as council in any capacity.
That woman is some kind of connected privileged person who is a millionaire several times over. Why does she have to be in any kind of government at all. Power, raw power - evil as it can be, IMO.

Why is it ‘probably’ illegal with dems and ‘definetly’, investigate, impeach, illegal with Republicans?
Obamacare was designed to implode right when Hillary was elected so she could be the hero by ‘fixing’ it.
Her first “fix” was the bill that the insurance companies’ had already written, and this bill was supposed to be her gift to the insurance companies, as well as screwing Trump’s voters who were the group that would have had the biggest premium increases with her “fix”.
That too was designed to eventually fail as well, with single-payer being her ultimate “fix”, with her throwing up her hands and saying, “Well, folks, we tried EVERYTHING possible and nothing worked, so looks like single-payer is all that’s left”.
But that all exploded when President Trump was elected. Paul Ryan tried to introduce the HillaryCare/InsuranceCompanyCare bill anyway, since he had already cut a deal with Hillary and the insurance companies, but that exploded too.
If President Trump was smart, he’d just drop the whole obamacare thing for 9-10 months, and bring back real repeal/replace after obamacare had totally failed, at which point he’d have a mandate for doing practically anything he wanted to do.

I think you should understand however that his ‘daughter’ is not your President. It is also not outside the norm to think one’s daughter or son, despite not agreeing all aspects of their choices and lives, could still provide some valuable consult in other areas.
IOW, it is a bad choice IMO, but not one to discount her value in other areas to her father.
And Jamie Gorelick is the President's daughter's laywer. Ivanka has an office in the White House and is "advising" her father. I am beyond disgusted with all of this. Get Ivanka OUT of the White House and away from influence over her father. If she has no better ethics and judgement of character than this, she really should not be anywhere near the president except in a family role. We did NOT elect someone who has ties and influence from the rot of the Clinton AND Obama crime syndicates..Bleh!
The only way a lock box can’t be empty is if it contains assets of real value, like stocks, occupiable real estate, bullion, or commodities. People like you always seem to panic at the idea of investing Trust Funds in real assets, so I have no idea what you would do differently than the current system.
