(CNN) – The White House press secretary tried to twist a cap on reporters' questions Tuesday about the Trump team's alleged ties to the Kremlin.
"If the President puts Russian salad dressing on his salad tonight, somehow that's a Russia connection," Sean Spicer said.
Thing is, Russian dressing isn't Russian.
The mayo and ketchup concoction -- often dressed up with horseradish and spices -- was created in Nashua, New Hampshire.

These people are effing joke. Lol
So they are fact checking jokes now?
We must have an independent prosecutor look into this.....................
That’s it! Impeach him!

Actually it's from Kansas City..................
This woman is so stupid she does not even realize she is further making Spicer’s point....then printed it.
They're fact-checking Trump jokes, and they let BHO do whatever he wanted for 8 long years.
Not the point, you jackasses!
(BTW, I did not know that, but not surprised - and chow mein is not Chinese. Neither is corn-beef-cabbage Irish.)
Trump needs to call a national primetime address and lay out that we are not and need not be enemies of Russia, nor they of us. That we will work with them, and they with us, to kill Islamic terrorism worldwide, wherever it shows itself. That all of the anti-Russian hate is so yesterday and needs to be set aside. He needs to put the to bed, quickly, directly, and decisively. He has the bully pulpit and needs to use it. He cannot afford, Republicans cannot afford, and Americans cannot afford to be dragged around irrationally with "Russia" being the new/old 3rd-Rail that poisons everything.
And in other earth-shattering news, French Fries don’t come from France, they come from Belgium.
And German Chocolate Cake isn’t from Germany. It’s from Minnesota.
This is almost as deep as their report on Trump and stairs.
Yeah but the MSMLSD will state that he’s using Russian dressing no matter, it’s Russian therefor ...
I make it a couple times a week. Same “special sauce” that comes with your burger.
And they even got it wrong...that Russian dressing is "primarily" used for sandwiches..especially on Rubens. It was originally used for SALADS! In 1927, there weren't all that many Jews living in any part of New Hampshire . And the Ruben was invented in OMAHA, NB, prior to the invention of Russian Dressing and took a long time to make it to the East Coast! :-)
I bet sales are off the chart for Russian Dressing now. We should always order it when we are out nice and loud.
I looked for it a few months back. Our local grocery did not have any..................
Spaghetti isn’t Italian.....................
