How hard is it to make a separate, voluntary camp for women and children only? I cant be the only genius to thing of this. If i had a family in such situation, I would gladly shoo them off to the womwn and children camp to see them safe.
Too bad that anti-rape devices are longer available. My understanding is that it was “vengeful, horrible, and disgusting” and would injure the rapist too much. Now there are things such as apps on your cellphone to call for help and buzzers and stuff like that.
