Well, if people would do calculations of radiation and dispersion over distance they would know that sunlight, which determines the total energy received by Earth, would know how powerful of a player the Sun is.

Great start. Now he needs to undo the ruling that CO2 is a pollutant.

Carbon Dioxide is not, and never could be, a measurable factor in causing either rising or lowering atmospheric or ocean temperatures. CO2 is a TRAILING indicator of either warming or cooling temperatures, not a causative agent.
Carbon dioxide is best controlled by encouraging the rapid growth of green growing plants exposed to sunlight and plenty of moisture. There is not even any particular reason to control CO2 or water vapor from smoke stacks, though the other emissions should be STRICTLY controlled.

“Pruitts view is contrary to mainstream climate science, including NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the EPA itself.”
Right. The problem is, those organizations have for years been on the receiving end of various forms of federal largess, in the form of research grants and funding that have come from biased politicians who have an agenda to “take the US economic powerhouse down a notch”.
