Carbon Dioxide is not, and never could be, a measurable factor in causing either rising or lowering atmospheric or ocean temperatures. CO2 is a TRAILING indicator of either warming or cooling temperatures, not a causative agent.
Carbon dioxide is best controlled by encouraging the rapid growth of green growing plants exposed to sunlight and plenty of moisture. There is not even any particular reason to control CO2 or water vapor from smoke stacks, though the other emissions should be STRICTLY controlled.
We humans would be dead without CO2. No CO2 means no plants. No plants means no oxygen. No oxygen means no humans.

You are dead right. Pruitt’s EPA needs to fund climatologists who will produce PEER reviewed studies concluding these truths. Since these are truths, the research science should follow very easily. That is one of the key reasons to aggressively go after people like Al Gore and his ilk....they KNOW this, that it is a trailing indicator.
It was no accident that in his film, he did not superimpose the graphs of CO2 levels and temperature...the slimeballs knew that even a Grade school kid might wonder why temperatures go up, followed years later by CO2 levels, so they deliberately positioned them so far apart it wouldn’t be discernible.
