President Donald Trump caused a media firestorm by claiming over the weekend that then-President Obama wire-tapped telephones at Trump Tower in Manhattan during the final leg of last year's election campaign.
Seeing the writing on the wall, tainted FBI Director James Comey promptly and publicly urged the Department of Justice to reject Trump’s claims. Although it is an attempt at a cover-up, it is an admirably transparent one.
Now the outlines of a Watergate-like conspiracy are emerging in which a sitting Democrat president apparently used the apparatus of the state to spy on a Republican presidential candidate. Watergate differed in that President Nixon didn’t get involved in the plot against the Democratic National Committee until later as an accomplice after the fact. Here Obama likely masterminded, or oversaw someone like the diabolical Benghazi cover-up artist Ben Rhodes, masterminding the whole thing.

Not only that, but according to Judge Napolitano, Obama didn't even need a warrant. Remember, a warrant is used when you are planning to bring a case to court to prosecute. That was never Obamas intention. His was to just spy on the campaign. Napolitano says the NSA has all the taps. Since the NSA isn't under the courts or the DOJ - but the military- all Obama had to do was say he wanted the intercepts for such and such a date for Trump Tower and he would have them in 5 minutes. Trump should get the logs of requests from the NSA. Video:

That was my thought too, maybe wishful thinking, but I was wondering the same thing. It would explain why he's still around, in that this is part of the exposure plan.

As I said on another thread, I see Rudy’s hand in this. His company does cyber security and I’d bet he uncovered these wire taps. Rudy has been AWOL lately. Are they waiting and he’ll be unleashed? Just a thought.
My point? There's no doubt the Trump campaign was spied on, and the pretense of a reason for it was Russia connections. How sick is it that the Obama administration is guilty of what they're accusing the Russians of?
Is hillary guilty if she accepted illegally acquired or confidential information? Is Loretta Lynch going to end up taking the fall?
It's frightening. We knew it was bad how much we've lost control of our government. I wonder if President Trump would've done this if he knew how out-of-control it is.

I think back to Obobo’s first campaign.....after he was safely elected his PR person Anita Dunn said they only let the media know what THEY wanted them to know about obobo.
