Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them......then (1) you’d prove perjury, and, even worse, (2) b/c the intent was to abuse executive power.

Not only that, but according to Judge Napolitano, Obama didn't even need a warrant. Remember, a warrant is used when you are planning to bring a case to court to prosecute. That was never Obamas intention. His was to just spy on the campaign. Napolitano says the NSA has all the taps. Since the NSA isn't under the courts or the DOJ - but the military- all Obama had to do was say he wanted the intercepts for such and such a date for Trump Tower and he would have them in 5 minutes.
