Obama’s Wiretaps?
Frontpage ^ | March 6, 2017 | Matthew Vadum

President Donald Trump caused a media firestorm by claiming over the weekend that then-President Obama wire-tapped telephones at Trump Tower in Manhattan during the final leg of last year's election campaign.

Seeing the writing on the wall, tainted FBI Director James Comey promptly and publicly urged the Department of Justice to reject Trump’s claims. Although it is an attempt at a cover-up, it is an admirably transparent one.

Now the outlines of a Watergate-like conspiracy are emerging in which a sitting Democrat president apparently used the apparatus of the state to spy on a Republican presidential candidate. Watergate differed in that President Nixon didn’t get involved in the plot against the Democratic National Committee until later as an accomplice after the fact. Here Obama likely masterminded, or oversaw someone like the diabolical Benghazi cover-up artist Ben Rhodes, masterminding the whole thing.

"there is still no publicly available evidence the Trump campaign somehow colluded with the Russian government last year. Sources in newspaper articles are never identified. There is not a scintilla of proof of improper conduct. All we have is the alleged say-so of faceless CIA spooks whose motives are questionable"

There was never any evidence of the so called Russia Trump connection. It was all lies.

The illegal Obama administration surveillance of the Trump campaign is real.

The evidence is slowly being revealed.

The Russia/Trump story was concocted to give a cover story for the surveillance they were doing on Trump. He must be the cleanest president we’ve had in decades if they couldn’t fine anything illegal on him.

The evidence is slowly being revealed.

It needs to speed up, and not slowly be revealed.

Everyday I wake up and wonder why Comey is still on the job.

Remember how Ohola cleared the field in each of his elections, by court actions or by having sordid details released from sealed files. This guy has been a royal PIA to the republic since he got here from whatever place he hailed.

Unfortunately nothing will be found because if I recall correctly someone mentioned that Ovomit replaced all the WH computers or something to that effect!..don’t know if it’s true but the resistance there at the hill has buried its heels in the ground and won’t give an inch...trump is fighting an uphill battle against those evil folks! God grant him victory!

I wonder if Comey did that because he knows DOJ can’t truthfully deny it. Maybe this is the way Comey “delt himself in”.

There's a reason Trump kept him. What is it? Comey might be on Trump's side here. The fact there was surveillance was widely reported so DOJ can't honestly deny it. Comey’s, and Trump's ace is that the Obama elements in DOJ can't deny it.

Keep your enemies close. I believe Trump is going to squeeze him with jail time to get him to swear to what he knows about Hilary’s crimes. He was appointed FBI director because he was controlled. To me, he is the link that will start the chain reaction that will bring down the shadow gov’t.

The ease and nonchalance by which Obama taps phones and hacks friends and foes alike raises questions about who else he wire-tapped:

<><> Did Obama wire-tap Hollyood bigshot, Harvey Weinstein? Is that why Obama’s daughter Malia got the big deal job w/ Harvey? What does Obama have on Harvey?

<><> Did Obama tap Penguin Random House Book publishers and editors? Is that why M/M Obama got a humongous 60 million dollar book deal? What does Obama have on Penguin Random House personnel to get such a munificent deal?

As TADSLOS insightfully posted: It’s getting to the point of just asking who Obama didn’t spy on.

It needs to speed up, and not slowly be revealed.

Maybe so, maybe not, but I'm enjoying the ride so far.

Consider how this is a form of foreplay and how the drama, excitement and anticipation have to be allowed and be encouraged to build.

The need for release grows into a sort of desparation, which is almost as enjoyable as the eventual ending will be.

Best Election Ever!

The sodomite (abused, programmed boy, Barry) was born into a hellhole of Marxist revolutionaries. He is and was programmed to be a vile puppet of the Deep State. He needs to have all his dirt released—records opened (like he does to his opponents-—do the whoops! that gets ignored by judges)

——as do all those moles in the White House and Congress and on the bench. There needs to be a purge immediately. Someone somewhere has pictures and dirt on all these evil politicians. They need to give pardons to those who turn in the filth and repent of their duplicity, and get rid of the filth like Obama and Ryan and Priebus who work for the sodomite Deep State.

Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them......then (1) you’d prove perjury, and, even worse, (2) b/c the intent was to abuse executive power.

A good beginning....and then it gets downright lethal for the Obama gang:

Via Breitbart, JOHN HAYWARD observed that the FISA court may have approved a warrant submitted without Trump’s name but “which Obama then misused to spy on Trump and many connected to Trump.”

Ergo the most serious legal jeopardy that might be faced would be (a) perjury for lying to the FISA court, and, (b) the dissemination of collected intelligence that should have been kept tightly classified.

It is also entirely possible that Obama and his legal team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by willfully withholding material information in order to manipulate the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.

FALSIFYING GOVT DOCUMENTS would fall under the Crimes Act of 1958. Moreover, falsifying official documents is the criminal MO to hide larger crimes.

EXCERPT A person falsifying documents can be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years.

Also, if official government documents or govt authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting fact-based information
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

FBI Director Comey has to be hanging by the thinnest of threads....

Or the cover story is much different from the facts on the ground. Admittedly, Director Comey was walking a very high tightrope without a net under the Recently Deposed Regime, and there may have been a LOT more to the story on Herself than Comey was willing to admit publicly. Now that the Department of Justice has been partially liberated (there are some pockets of resistance) a lot more transparency may become evident. A HUGE number of people who really knew a lot better may have had their private parts in a really harsh and tightening vise, and turn by turn, the vise is being loosened.

Notice how the statements were parsed. The FBI was not doing the surveillance, but that does not mean that they were unaware that another agency, perhaps one that does NOT have authority to do so, may have been performing that function.

This may be a much larger and more tangled skein than most of us now imagine.

Right that O replaced ALL WH computers. At the time I didn't understand but now it makes sense. Covering his tracks. You can't completely wipe those hard drives and he couldn't be sure who had anything incriminating on there.

It is also illegal to release confidential information obtained from FISA surveillance.

It is almost certain that several Obama political operatives within the administration committed felonies by releasing this information to the media.

Every one of them should be investigated, arrested and prosecuted.

The only reason for Comey to still be Director of the FBI is the old adage of “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer”, can’t think of any other reason President Trump has kept Comey.

FBI Director James Comey promptly and publicly urged the Department of Justice to reject Trump’s claims.

Says the NY Times who cites unnamed sources.

I don't believe the NY Times for one minute on ANYTHING about Trump. Same goes for CNN.

They make stuff up.
