Trump should be able to review all 2 or 3 FISA requests (if he hasn’t already), and then let Congress determine if the requesters lied about the probable cause justifying them......then (1) you’d prove perjury, and, even worse, (2) b/c the intent was to abuse executive power.

A good beginning....and then it gets downright lethal for the Obama gang:

Ergo the most serious legal jeopardy that might be faced would be (a) perjury for lying to the FISA court, and, (b) the dissemination of collected intelligence that should have been kept tightly classified.

It is also entirely possible that Obama and his legal team may have perjured themselves before the FISA court by willfully withholding material information in order to manipulate the FISA court’s willingness to permit the government surveillance.

FALSIFYING GOVT DOCUMENTS would fall under the Crimes Act of 1958. Moreover, falsifying official documents is the criminal MO to hide larger crimes.

◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

It is also illegal to release confidential information obtained from FISA surveillance.

It is almost certain that several Obama political operatives within the administration committed felonies by releasing this information to the media.

Every one of them should be investigated, arrested and prosecuted.

Not only that, but according to Judge Napolitano, Obama didn't even need a warrant. Remember, a warrant is used when you are planning to bring a case to court to prosecute. That was never Obamas intention. His was to just spy on the campaign. Napolitano says the NSA has all the taps. Since the NSA isn't under the courts or the DOJ - but the military- all Obama had to do was say he wanted the intercepts for such and such a date for Trump Tower and he would have them in 5 minutes. I think back to the bare-*ssed lies after Benghazi. Susan Rice was sent out to affirm the story that the situation was caused by an anti-Muslim video. At that point, it became obvious that the Obama administration would say and do anything to promote their agenda, and ignore any push back.

My point? There's no doubt the Trump campaign was spied on, and the pretense of a reason for it was Russia connections. How sick is it that the Obama administration is guilty of what they're accusing the Russians of?

Is hillary guilty if she accepted illegally acquired or confidential information? Is Loretta Lynch going to end up taking the fall?

It's frightening. We knew it was bad how much we've lost control of our government. I wonder if President Trump would've done this if he knew how out-of-control it is.
