JACKSON, Miss. (AP) -- The attorney for a young woman who was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after speaking at a news conference about immigration says she's been told the woman will be deported without a hearing.
Abigail Peterson, an attorney for 22-year-old Daniela Vargas, tells news outlets that authorities informed her Thursday that Vargas' case will be handled as a "visa waiver overstay," which means she won't be given a hearing and will be flown back to her native Argentina.

In such cases the remaining property should be liquidated in the proceeds distributed to the victims of illegal immigrants.
Those providing reliable information that leads to a successful deportation should get a cut of the proceeds, say 10 or 10 or 15%

I hope that the Trump adminstration puts these illegal aliens that go out in public and brag about it on the top of the list for deportation. In my opinion they are more dangerous than criminal aliens who hide in the shadows. They are undermining our system of government.
Hope she learned something from this experience. I hope she remembers how to speak Argentinian Spanish.
If she comes back in, either imprison her or shoot her.
Illegals better start understanding it is better to pack your own things , make plans, and go home to your country than to be uprooted at a checkpoint never to go to US home again.

Now let’s see ICE show up at one of these marches/rallies populated by illegals and round up hundreds or thousands of them in one sweep. I mean, they are right there, waving their flags and signs. S/b easy pickings for the authorities.
The law is the law. The reason we have an immigration problem is the refusal of 4 US presidents (Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, Obama) to strictly enforce immigration laws.
If Trump aggressively enforces immigration laws, cuts off welfare to non-citizens, and seals the border, many illegals will self-deport.
What’s to hear? Positive identification, visa expired. Go home.
That's because they don't tolerate illegal aliens. They also don't tolerate street gangs and don't celebrate graffiti artists.
And America will be a more beautiful country with her gone.
