Oh, and I agree re: Bannon. If it all went down the way Milo described, kudos to both Breitbart and Milo on how they handled it.
I’ve just read thru 40 reply’s and no-one has yet mentioned that he resigned to help Bannon!
While I always found Milo entertaining, and I supported his right to free speech, I remained ambivalent toward him as a conservative icon -- not because he was gay, but because he was flamboyantly gay. As some people here posted, he was trying to straddle both worlds. It was even a contradiction of sorts: he attacked the left for their identity politics yet himself flaunted his sexuality and used it for comedic effect.
While the charges of pedophilia were taken out of context and used shamefully as a smear campaign, I grew uncomfortable hearing Milo try to explain his past in light of the recent revelations, since it also meant rationalizing homosexuality, which heavily values extreme youth & beauty. And many gays, like Milo, got their start through molestation. How can anyone brush that off with a witty remark?
He might be better off doing his own thing and not representing any institution or media outlet like BREITBART. I wonder, though, if this might change his political orientation and he'll start to lean toward the left, as he probably feels a brutal rejection by the right.

You get it! Notice how since the gay marriage issue along with men in women's bathrooms has surfaced, NAMBLA has disappeared. No one allowed to speak of it anymore. I believe it's more like 90% of homosexuals have been molested by adults as children, but it would be very hard to study this. I know a family member that was molested by his grandmother while in diapers and grew up homosexual and would swear he was born that way, but no one told him what happened to him as a baby until he was grown.
In the 1950's and before, homosexuality was universally considered a mental illness just as a child of an alcoholic needs therapy, most homosexuals were molested as children and somehow thought it was either normal, or somehow their fault. Saying it's a protected class and immune from discrimination doesn't change the fact that these people are mentally different than the rest of us. It is a defensive act for Milo to blame others or lash out at others because he is not the weird one. Either way, he should not be allowed to be alone with underage children unless he has successfully undergone therapy. This is what set off alarm bells when the scouting issue was full blown. Then Priests, youth pastors, teachers, coaches, and invariably whoever is allowed to be around kids unchaperoned. It's almost as bad as step daughters in broken marriages. If the step daughters were polled from broken homes, I'm sure you would be astounded by the sheer numbers of girls that have been treated badly by a step father, uncles, step brothers. Everything from walking in on them in the shower to actual rape, would emerge from these children that just "go though the system." Homosexuals are the same. More and more women adopt baby girls and men adopt baby boys. Why?? We will find out in 20 years by the sheer number of books that will be written on the subject. We are so politically correct today, we don't even mention that Jefferey Dhamer was homosexual, JW Gacy was a homosexual pedophile, and many others were homosexual, but they are labeled just as serial killers and their proclivity to the same sex is hidden. A Google search of serial killers will reveal many more, but they won't be labeled homosexuals.
IMHO, as Milo gets older and into his 30's, he will be drawn to younger and younger children. As it is today, if someone squawks about him, he would just squawk back that they are homophobes and bigots. By conservatives playing along with these sick people, we are subjecting ourselves to more crash and burns like this one. When you deal with sick people you can't be surprised when their sickness rears it's head. When liberals took over the psychiatry industry, chaos was inevitable, but that doesn't change the reality and truth of the underlying problem. You can't declare a schizophrenic just another person that talks to himself and change the underlying problem.
The problem Milo has now is trying to make himself fit the "normal" meme today usually ends up in suicide or murder, or at least some perverted crime people can't speak about at the dinner table. At least if he receives therapy, he might be able to stay grounded in reality. If he just "moves on" we will read about him picked up in a gay bar with an 11 year old in the bathroom. Once you believe the sexiest thing alive is a make child, that's what you will chase. No different than a man thinking a 6 yo girl is somehow "sexy". Without severe intervention, nothing changes.

They've worked to hard for their comfortable positions of power to just give it away. It's all-out war and the fighting has just started. We need to be reminded of this. Trump won the first battle. Now the comes the counterattack.

Just as a matter of interest do you want all homosexuals to stay on the democrat plantation and vote democrat? I get the strong feeling that most of the “conservatives” that have damned Milo would be happy with that. This will avoid “conservatism’s” purity being sullied with their presence.

The left’s urgency in taking our guys down is because Sessions is about to take a lot of them and their friends down.
In a year when DJT’s policies are bearing tangible fruit that are strengthening the middle class and his approval rating at 60%, he can use the bully pulpit to ask Americans to primary out the ones who are blocking his progress for the people, and they will promptly get rid of them for him.

In the video, he clearly said that “young boys” at some age below the age of consent are capable of consenting to sex with adult men and that this can be a good thing. That’s what he said. Given that statement, for Breitbart to no longer want him around does not amount to supporting the establishment. If you are Freeper and you still think he’s a swell guy despite his remarks, then bully for you, but it does not make you more authentically conservative than those of who have a different view.
The things Milo said was sickening. And had he been a liberal saying it, I don’t believe there would be so much tolerance here for him.
I would have lost all respect for Breitbart, if they had kept him, conservative or not.
As far as I can see Milo’s views are in a state of flux. From what I know of gay people they do tent to be err... shall we sat a bit mixed up. However I believe he need support and encouragement he is moving in the right direction and need to do helped along further. Perhaps one day he might even overcome his homosexuality and would make a good witness for change. The total condemnation and knives in the back he seems to be getting, I do not think, help anyone.

I'm on record on another thread that I believe Milo will soon undergo gay conversion therapy. I hope he does. He's alluded to that very possibility. I wish him all the best as he struggles to find that true conservative path. He's very close to the truth. He needs to abandon his libertarianism and most importantly his queer lifestyle.
Then he will be a fine example for all conservatives. Both gay and straight.
milo is now a haz-been, he got WAY more attention than an arrested-development adolescent should ever get.
