Donald Trump has changed Black History Month to National African American History month, and we know why. A senior administration official tells TMZ, after meeting with African American leaders, he believed the consensus was that the term "black" is outdated, and the more appropriate way to refer to the community is "African American." The official added, Trump was mindful of the new addition to the Smithsonian ... the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Every U.S. president since 1976 had designated February as Black History Month ... same sentiment, different name.

The left distorts by mixing trivial things like labels with matters of high importance such as relationships between people. They use the trivial things as weapons.
Trump’s genius—that many don’t understand about him—is his ability to cut through these distortions in a way that serves the important matters while at the same time shielding himself against the trivial darts of the left.
Congressional Black Caucus should be renamed “Minority and Rabidly Liberal Anti-White Caucus”. Let’s call a spade a spade, so as not to offend shovels.
This will make them crazy!! They really hate when you use their language against them. The spent so much time and money on that language. Now they see Trump getting the credit.

It’s not intended to make him more loved by liberals. It’s intended to make him more loved by the African American community. Every 1% of African Americans that move to the GOP column hurts the liberals even more.
It’s a nothing move that will get positive traction.
Oh stop. This is great. Trump takes their PC name of choice for blacks and renames the entire month. This guy is playing chess at a grand master level.

How about “history month”
One of my friends grew up in South Africa. He is white but fills out applications as an African-American. He is not lying.
This might be clever. It now implicitly demands an "Asian American Month", an "Australian History Month", an "South American History Month", and a "European History month."
How are you going to single out a continent? Shouldn't the other continents matter too? :)
