Day Deux of Joe Scarborough's tirade against the Trump admin's handling of the executive order on immigration.
On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough condemned the admin's accusation that acting AG Sally Yates had "betrayed" the Justice Department by refusing to enforce the executive order. Scarborough repeatedly called the use of the word "frightening," suggesting it was worthy of an "autocrat" in a country like Venezuela.
Scarborough then turned the tables, saying that Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, and Trump himself had "betrayed" Defense Secretary Mattis, DHS head John Kelly, and others by failing to provide them details of the order before it was made public. Scarborough showed outrage that Stephen Miller and others in the administration apparently believed they could not trust those heroes with a secret.

I believe Scarborough was over the top with his criticism of the admin statement accusing Yates of betraying the Justice Department. It doesn’t begin to compare with Gore bellowing his accusation that W “betrayed the country.”

However, if it is true that Mattis, Kelly, Tillerson and others were not consulted in advance, and that the White House staff worked with congressional aides without letting their bosses know about it, I think those were serious mistakes.
Hillary’s brain trust pushed Trump to win the nomination as they considered him easy to defeat in the general election.
That’s why he was on Morning Joe all the time.

Uh, they joined the Trump cabinet, with full understanding that this was policy. It was central to the election.

I can understand Scarborough’s animosity toward Trump. President Trump has some horrible skeletons in his closet, like the time his young nubile intern was found dead in his office. And he was never even investigated!

Scarborough is all about ratings on the network which carries the show he co-hosts. Which network? Why MSNBC of course!
This idiot said that Romney was going to be SOS and that he was the front Runner. He thought Trump was going to be DOA prior to the election. He thought McCain not being a war hero was going to dry up Trump’s support. This guy, though he takes many positions, has managed to be wrong every step of the way. Tillerson would have been consulted, maybe, had he been confirmed but he’s not!. He’s not the SOS, he probably doesn’t even have security clearance yet. Point your barrels at the Democrats for that.

Miller is the same age that Scarborough was when he first served in Congress and when he would often appear on TV and call for Bill Clinton's impeachment. Joe apparently misses the days when he was young and powerful.
And speaking of betrayal, one could ask Joe's former wife and the relatives of the dead intern who was found in Joe's office back in Fla. Yes, Trump using the word betrayal seems to have hit a sensitive spot with Joe.

Look, Scarborough has no problem with the Ds hanging RESIST signs all over town, but when DJT uses the word betrayed his panties bunch. Drop kick this bum overboard and proceed ahead, undaunted.
