Bureaucrats Gone Wild, Bring In 526 More Refugees on Thursday
Breitbart ^ | January 26, 2017 | Michael Patrick Leahy

Posted on 01/27/2017 4:53:58 AM PST by Truth29

Bureaucrats at the State Department brought in an additional 526 refugees in the seventeen hours between midnight and 5 p.m. eastern on Thursday. The continued inflow is a bureaucratic challenge against President Trump’s campaign promise to temporarily ban refugees from Syria and other countries hostile to the United States.

Press reports on Tuesday said Trump was expected to sign an executive order announcing a four-month temporary ban on refugees from all countries, starting some time this week.

An additional executive order, reports indicated, is expected to block visas from seven Middle Eastern countries: Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Iran, and Iraq.

Lock them up for violating the President’s directives.

#LOCK THEM UP.

"Lock them up for violating the President’s directives."

Therein seems to be the immediate problem. There doesn't appear to be a Presidential directive, lots of rhetoric, but not an actual order. As Trump's team continue to draft/refine whatever the Executive Order, thousands of refugees are being rushed into the US. There should be, as a minimum, an immediate cease and desist order that stops all transportation of refugees until the EO is issued.

There needs to be an emergency stop order

Indeed. Guarantee the Terrorist in Chief hand picked more than a few of the truly bad ones to slip in under the wire.

Bureaucrats are why so much stays the same regardless of who wins the elections. Career Civil servants who are mostly Democrats, have been there for years, and figure they will be there long after the current Administration.

These people are as hard to fire as teachers in the NEA.

Our governor said no more refugees a few months ago and the leftists kept them coming under the wire.

This is leftist employment.

Firing them is too good. I’d say arrested for ignoring the law.

I believe the President can fire anyone in the executive branch at whim. He doesn't have to have a good reason.

No doubt this was the doing of those few that left.

Whether they were fired or they quit, they gave the one finger salute while walking out the door.

Similar to how Obama brought in El Chapo.

This was a rogue move and in my opinion the perps likely want to be fired...then they’ll start making the rounds on the liberal media and be hailed as heroes.

I would fire them, and then I would send a directive to the Justice Department to prosecute them for anything for which they can possibly be prosecuted. The message needs to go out that you cross me at great peril to yourself.

There’s a strong need to fire more people at the state department.

The more the better and the sooner the better......

We are supposed to get another “Syrian” family from Jordan but it has been held up.

Maybe we should focus on fixing the Syrian problem instead of helping people vacate the place.

Exactly. The State Department has been a nest of commies since, at the very least, the FDR Administration. It draws its upper echelons from the Ivy League, which is also extremely Leftist.

What Donald needs to do is shit can these bureaucrats now. Maybe he can’t fire them outright, but he can suspend them, relieve them of their duty temporarily and temporarily put his people in to stop this crap and make sure it is not 527 they let in. Because they are going to do this crap as long as they are allowed.

The head of Catholic Charities in Maine Refugee Resettlement is whining that because of Trump policies, they may have to close.

They should have closed years ago, but instead brought some of the most difficult people of the world to this impoverished state. Refugee Resettlement is another word for middle class social worker jobs program.

Is this why all the State Dept staff were fired yesterday?

Doubt it. They have been doing this every day since the Inauguration and those that were fired yesterday are only a small fraction of the State Department senior management, despite the lurid headlines.

My understanding is that the State Dept. imported these 'refugees' late Wednesday or Early Thurs. morning and this is what led to Trump FIRING the top tier at the State Dept. not long after he found out about it.

My dad had worked with State Dept. personnel over the years and he said that Dept. is FULL of a bunch of Commie RATS!!!
