Graham: Entire Senate disagrees with Trump on Russia hacking
The Washington Examiner ^ | December 27, 2016 | Al Weaver

Posted on 12/28/2016 4:42:20 AM PST by kevcol

"There are 100 United States senators. Amy Klobuchar is on this trip with us. She's a Democrat from Minnesota. I would say that 99 of us believe the Russians did this and we're going to do something about it," said Graham, who is planning a hearing with McCain on Russia's interference with US elections. "We're going to put sanctions together that hit Putin as an individual and his inner circle for interfering in our election

These people need to be called to account for supporting the forces in Aleppo who were Al Qaeda and who ruled eastern Aleppo as their own little caliphate with women kept shrouded in black etc. etc..

Blaming Russia distracts from what they did.

The American people deserve a real investigation into what McCain, Graham and others were doing supporting the jihadis in Syria of Al Nusra, rightly described as “Osama Bin Laden sympathizers” by journalist Peter Hitchens in his columns.

In one column earlier this year, Hitchens noted the only difference between the jihadis ‘we support’ (as in his country, the UK but also applying to the USA) and Islamic State was that our jihadists didn’t make You Tube videos of their brutality like beheadings and eating the body parts of enemies.

Being in the Senate does not mean you are smart, just a good enough liar to get elected.

Well stated.

Also Lindsay less than 1 % of the population thought you were fit to be their presidential candidate so why should we even listen to you...

The looming, public, Trump v Graham/McCain Wars are going to become the stuff of legend. These two obstructionists are about to meet their match. The swamp gets drained beginning with them.

:):):) Can’t get enough of it, about time these two are put in their place....

Johnny we voted for you because we didn’t want Obama. Don’t think that means we haven’t really seen you uncloaked now.....

I think a full investigation of McCain’s associations, collaboration, and political and logistical support of known terrorist cadre in Iraq and Syria would be a good place to start. He is culpable in the rise and atrocities of ISIS and the FSA and Al Nusra.

They never say what they mean... Are they talking about the Podesta emails? Are they saying the Russians hacked voting machines?
Do they mean the Russians invented news stories like PizzaGate?

From wikipedo
Of all the Republican Senators up for re-election in the 2014 cycle, Graham was considered one of the most vulnerable to a primary challenge, largely due to his low approval ratings and reputation for working with and compromising with Democrats.[45][46] He expected a primary challenge from conservative activists, including the Tea Party movement,[47] and Chris Chocola, President of the Club for Growth, indicated that his organization would support a primary challenge if an acceptable standard-bearer emerged.[48] However, a serious challenger to Graham failed to emerge and he was widely viewed as likely to win,[5][12][45] which has been ascribed to his "deft maneuvering" and "aggressive" response to the challenge. He befriended potential opponents from the state's congressional delegation and helped them with fundraising and securing their preferred committee assignments; he assembled a "daunting multimillion-dollar political operation" dubbed the "Graham machine" that built six regional offices across the state and enlisted the support of thousands of paid staffers and volunteers, including over 5,000 precinct captains; he assembled a "staggering" campaign warchest and "blanketed" the state with positive ads; he focused on constituent services and local issues; and he refused to "pander" to the Tea Party supporters, instead confronting them head-on, arguing that the Republican party needs to be more inclusive.[9][10][11][12][49] In the run-up to the Republican primary, Graham's approval rating improved. According to a Winthrop poll from February 2013, he held a 59% positive rating among Republican likely voters.[50] In the primary, held on June 10, 2014, Graham won with 178,833 votes (56.42%). His nearest challenger, State Senator Lee Bright, received 48,904 votes (15.53%). In the general election, he defeated Democratic State Senator Brad Hutto and Independent Thomas Ravenel, a former Republican State Treasurer.
Money, scheming, connections and fake news is how he got re-elected.

The party in SC COLLUDES to dilute the primary process with a dozen no-names that get paid to run to keep Graham in office. Just look at how poorly he did in the prez primary--and he and Jeb COLLUDED to do the exact same thing--16 candidates--in national primary.

No cop out. Wrrrooonnng. Wrong.

LOL! Good question. Many of these elite globalists just can't stand being away from their fellow travelers in DC. Although, in Boxer's case, she might find enough of them in the Bay Area to satiate her ego.

I’ve yet to learn precisely how our electoral system was hacked by the Russians (which the 0bomb has said was impossible before Hillary lost). Hacking the Hillary emails, if it happened, was not a hack of our electoral system.

The contractor is Lockheed Martin, and the means is the F35. They OWN Graham and McCain, the Dear Old Queens of the Senate. Dear Old Queens are in Eastern Europe right now, trying to help Estonia with some deals. This is why this treacherous pair are trying to get us into conflict with Russia in Syria.

“So it wasn’t the multiple people that the conservatives ran against him, only to fail on their part to vote FOR ONE opponent?”

You’re spot on. Dividing the primary vote among a half-dozen conservative candidates helps Graham.
