Nobody who has seen the trends of the last eight (at least) years has thought that for a second. We have a hundred years of "Progressivism" to undo. Great article. We must stay focused and speak truth to power, specifically pointing the way for younger generations to see. Millenials are salvageable if we show facts. Not all, but a good majority are. Once they can see their pockets filling up, they will know what Hope and Despair look like.

Reduce their power by reducing their numbers. Build the wall and send 20 million illegals packing. End the sanctuary city, university, etc., stupidity. Crack down hard on criminals of every stripe, from gang members, thugs, to casual drug users. No welfare without work, hard work. Pass and enforce voter ID laws country wide. These are all things that can be done in the next four years that would cut heavily into the Left’s base. Most of these Trump himself has mentioned or at least hinted are desirable.
