That is fantastic. I saw a 73 year old hitting the heavy bag. I looked up oldest boxers as I was a boxer in my 20s and am now 48 (in terrible shape).

He hit as HARD as anyone I remembered at the gym, just couldn’t throw as many punches in a minute as before, but the power made up for that!
