The man who plowed a car into a crowd at Ohio State University before stabbing several pedestrians with a butcher knife on Monday is said to have referred to American-born Al Qaeda cleric Anwar al-Awlaki as a hero on his social media accounts.
Law enforcement sources told Fox News on Tuesday that the reference of al-Awlaki on Abdul Razak Ali Artans social media accounts is deeply concerning because it could suggest he was self-radicalized before launching the attack.
While a motive has not been confirmed, authorities are looking into whether the car-and-knife attack by the Somali-born student was an anti-U.S. terrorist attack.

The Islamic State group has urged sympathizers online to carry out lone-wolf attacks in their home countries with whatever weapons are available to them."
Is obama trying to “untangle” this guy’s motives as he did those of the Orlando attacker?
Self radicalized? He was a radical when he got here.
DEPORT. DEPORT. DEPORT. Since this POS died, DEPORT any and ALL family members, friends and pets!
John Kasich said his motives will forever remain unclear.
Looks like it will not be declared a terrorist attack until Trump is inaugurated.
Thank God this P.C. insanity is almost over.
Kasich acts and thinks like a DemoRAT....
I am getting a feeling there is going to be nationwide vigilante squads going after Islamic prayer rugs.
Amazon trucks loaded with prayer rugs mysteriously disapear, campuses have prayer rug bonfires.
Employers now have Federal Laws behind them allowing them the right to NOT have prayer rooms, rugs or foot wash basins at jobsites.
And in order buy one you need a Federal Permit granted only after a 30 day waiting period and a background check. Limited to 10 purchases per year.
Trump is triggering “flight forward” panic reactions in the pin balls of the Left. This is good. We should help them. Nothing enrages like laughter and ridicule. The Left has become “quaint”, a social archetype that will soon become comedy relief as a stock sitcom character like Maynard Krebs in “Dobie Gillis”.
Self-radicalized. Really? That’s quaint.
