I had a baseball coach in high school who had played in the major league for awhile. He told us about playing in Cuba before the revolution, and playing against Castro. He said Castro was an outstanding baseball player, but after games would go up into the hills and have political meetings. Too bad Castro wasn’t signed by some major league team. Maybe world history, with regards Cuba, would have been different.

Cuba gets over a million Canadian tourists a year. That’s a lot of useful idiots giving the Communist regime the hard currency that it’s been missing since the collapse of the Soviet Union. I trust that President Trump will revert Obama’s Communist-friendly policies regarding Cuba. Now is not the time to go wobbly.
