Professor Stephen Hawking says humans have less than 1,000 years on Earth before we are wiped out by extinction.
The celebrated physicist said humans will only survive if another planet was found to live on.
The 74-year-old said unless this happens then humans will be wiped out in a mass extinction.

Extinction in 1,000 years?
Will I still be able to stream Netflix?
CBW will do us in. Include a fatal GMO incident in that equation. Get off-world now!
There shall be human beings, enjoying a relatively high level of civilization, on the planet Earth 10,000 years from now, nay, ten times 10,000 years from now.
By then, it MAY be possible to actually exert control over the climate of the planet, but it probably would not be necessary, as the temperature regulation of the terrestrial globe is a wonderfully well-balanced and tested system, that can right itself from some really devastating catastrophes that have occurred in the past. A good solid asteroid hit did sort of skew things for a couple of millennia, but the earth DID recover, and did it with surviving organisms.
The simple little scratches that humanity can put on the surface of the earth pale in comparison with even a major meteor hit or volcanic eruption.
Hawking is a very bright fool.
God: Nietzche is dead.
Same scenario, same end result.
Stephen, your time is approaching much faster than that.
Can’t say I’ll miss your god-hate driven stupidity disguised as intellectualism and covered up by pseudo-scientists.

Professor Hawking Solves Social Security Actuarial Dilemma
Hawking must have had poor cash flow during election season.
Amen.
The rate at which human genetic defects are compounding may probably lead to our collective demise much sooner than that and finding another planet won't affect that outcome. Sorry.
Hawking supports a political party that sees people with disabilities like his as parasites.
Oh, well.
Hawking is most afraid of the development of a destructive artificial intelligence.
However, there is no reason for a human-hating AI to leave us alone if we move to other planets.
A relatively benign AI that didn’t want to live with humans could take to space more easily than we could.
...and there is no god because there was no universe before the big bang.
Thanks Steven you dipsht
Libtardism.
More evidence that outside his specialty of cosmomogany he is painfully ignorant.
This bs is at the top of my list of things not to be concerned about or to fear.
Not to worry — the end will come much earlier than predicted by Hawkins.
Safer than Gore’s predictions.
