The winner of the U.S. presidential election will be determined by about 17 swing counties, with a total of about 500,000 swing voters between them. The American public has heard that 12 swing states will determine who will be the next president. But a book, Presidential Swing States: Why Only Ten Matter, by Hamline University Professor David Schultz, who also edits the Journal of Public Affairs Education, predicts a very small number of America’s 3,142 counties and county equivalents will tip the balance.
In Ohio, it’s Hamilton County, home to Cincinnati;
In Pennsylvania, the key counties are Bucks and Chester Counties, to the north and south of Philadelphia; along with Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties, straddling Scranton and Wilkes Barre in its western interior;
In Florida, it’s Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, surrounding Tampa and St. Petersburg;
In Wisconsin, the keys are Brown County and Winnebago County near Green Bay; plus Racine County to the south near Chicago suburbs;
In Iowa, it’s rural tiny Bremer County;
In New Hampshire, it’s inland Hillsborough Township, on the Massachusetts border;
In Nevada it is Clark County, home of Las Vegas;
In Virginia, it’s Prince William County, outside Washington D.C.;
In North Carolina, it’s Wake County, which encompasses Raleigh and Durham;
In New Mexico, it’s Bernalillo County, along with Albuquerque and Dona Ana County near Las Cruces.

In a normal year, I might agree in PA. I was in Western PA a few weeks back. The support for trump was insane compared to Romney, McCain or Bush. These were towns where the white, unionized working class has voted Dem for years....cause that’s what they did. These folks are madder than hell and Trump should do much better in those areas vs previous Rep candidates.
Trumps add on BTN during the PSU/Iowa game was really, really good. Hill is on the ropes and everyone knows it.

Note the following facts:
1. Soros has stated recently several times that Trump would win the popular vote but Hillary the EC.
2. Remember Gore won the PV in 2000 but not the EC. Therefore, Democrats will have no shame if the situation should be reversed in Trump vs. Clinton.
3. The EC count is super-sensitive to a tiny fraction of counties out of more than 3400 counties.
4. Soros’ machines are present in 16 states.
5. A hated female socialist in Brazil was reelected by similar machines as owned by Soros. The voters were shocked because this socialist was so unpopular and now there is an outcry of voting machine fraud.

Now here is all I can offer for now and a lot of my knowledge is based on witnessing the 2004 Dino Rossi (R) vs. Christine Gregoire (D) gubernatorial election theft in Gregoire’s favor and also a similar steal from US Senator Slade Gorton to benefit Maria Cantwell. So don’t think for a minute it can’t happen.
THE THING TO DO IS FOR GOP POLL WATCHERS TO COUNT AND RECORD THE BALLOTS FOR EACH STATION OR TO FOLLOW THE BALLOTS TO THE COUNTY ELECTION OFFICES AND HAND COUNT THEM AS THEY ARE FED INTO THE MACHINES.
IT MAY BE AGAINST PROCEDURE TO DO THIS! BUT DO IT ANYWAY! REMEMBER PROCEDURE IS POLICY AND POLICY IS NOT LAW!
DO NOT RELY ON EXIT POLLING OR OTHER MEANS BECAUSE ONCE THE MACHINE COUNTS THE BALLOTS, THE ELECTION FOR THAT COUNTY IS OVER.
ONE MUST GET THE TRUTH BEFORE THE COUNTED VOTES ARE TRANSMITTED TO THE NEXT RUNG UP THE LADDER. BECAUSE ONCE THEY ARE GONE, THEY ARE GONE.
States usually have procedures in place that if the vote difference is within 1%, then a machine count is mandatory and then a hand count.
The democrats always wait to see how many votes are needed to make the difference greater than 1%.
This is one reason Trump is saying it is rigged.
GO TO YOUR COUNTY ELECTION OFFICE THIS WEEK AND DEMAND A COPY OF ELECTION PROCEDURES. LOOK AT POINTS WHERE PAPER BALLOTS ARE FED INTO MACHINES, AND THEN LOOK AT WHEN MACHINE TOTALS ARE TRANSMITTED TO STATE SOS OFFICES. THIS IS WHERE THE FRAUD WILL OCCUR.
Do not be swayed by arguments that the machines are certified secure and that they are tested upon initialization.

And note that your vote may be counted and appear as a single digit ‘1’ BUT OUTSIDE SOFTWARE CAN CHANGE IT TO SAY 0.83 or 0.79 etc. but it always rounds to ‘1’ because the display format is setup that way whereas the underlying numerical format allows for decimal places. A person looking at the screen will see a rounded ‘1. They won’t know it’s less than ‘1’ because it rounds up before displaying.
Now in your state if a million Trump votes are added as ‘1’’s then the total Trump votes should be expected to be 1,000,000, right?
But if one million Trump votes have been set to‘0.83’, then the total will be 830,000. Those familiar with spreadsheets know exactly what I am talking about.
DEMAND PAPER BALLOTS BE COUNTED AS THEY GO INTO THE SCAN MACHINES! As a separate tally, Poll Watchers must keep track of Trump votes.
BEFORE THEY ARE UPLOADED TO GEMS!!!
Because once they are uploaded, those votes may not be retrievable except by court action and even with court action there needs to be an audit trail. For practical purposes, ONCE THEY ARE GONE, THEY ARE GONE!

If you see discrepancies, call the police. Call 9-11. Not kidding here. Call the police and have them arrest anyone that fails to stop the machines. Sometimes election officials won’t know there is a crime being committed. In that case demand they stop the machines from being used and go to a paper ballot to be counted by hand.

Yes, as Soros has repeatedly said in the media that Trump will win the popular vote but lose the electoral college.
Soros’ IT people control the IP in almost every state.
So it doesn’t matter if you see wild insane support for Trump. Because the Soros people can manipulate the electronic tallies in a number of ways.
This is why the polls have been held so close even though Trump is in reality very far ahead. The polls are rigged to be close so that when the election is stolen by the Soros IT people for Hillary, the voters will be confused against themselves because you know, those polls showed things were close.
People like yourself will be screaming “Wait a minute! Just about everyone in my region was pro-Trump!”. But someone will say “Yes, but over in such-and-such region, they were for Hillary”, etc. You and others like you will be left confused and angry.

IMO, yes - award electoral votes by Congressional District. That breaks the power of the municipal areas, whoch are strongly Democratic. Then if Philly comes in with their usual 110% of registered voters, they would only sweep that Congressional District, not the whole state.
Dems hold the Rio Grande Valley, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso for sure.

There are teams of people on this problem and God help them stop any electronic fraud that might occur.
But this thread is trying to inform people of this form of fraud that has never before been seen on the scale it is now possible and expected.
The old stories and complaints about the dead voting, busing people around etc. all those old arguments have been pushed aside in favor of massive and more efficient electronic theft.
People should ask themselves why is Soros involved in controlling the software for all these voting machines and electronic systems? The answer should be obvious. His IT people are now controlling systems in EVERY state, why? This is not conspiracy, these are facts.
If people are informed, and there is a scuffle or argument at a polling station or county election room, then it helps to know what the conflict issue is. I expect people to chime in support of poll watchers who demand machines be stopped and paper ballots be tallied instead.
Until uniform secure electronic standards and systems are in place, our elections are vulnerable.

There are Venezuelans here in liberal Seattle who are backing Trump unabashedly.
When you talk to Venezuelans, you quickly learn how heartbroken they are for losing their country to what they call ‘communists’. Florida already uses paper ballots. We fill in a scantron ballot and then feed it into a machine to read it. Worst case: Florida votes CAN be hand counted.
