Lawyers for Democrats around the country are filing lawsuits claiming Republicans and the campaign of GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump are pushing supporters to intimidate and confront voters on Election Day.

Trump has called on his supporters to act as "election observers" in certain areas of the country to help prevent fraud.

In Ohio, a federal judge on Friday issued a temporary restraining order against Trump's campaign and his friend and informal adviser, Roger Stone, barring them from harassing or intimidating Ohio voters during Tuesday's election.

And the GOP should be filing similar lawsuits in turn, as well as various vote fraud suits. Fight fire with fire.

There should be allowed at least two observers from each party at each voting sites.

Is there no way for our side to put a stop to this blatant hypocrisy, when they ignored Black Panthers swinging clubs outside polling places to intimidate people? We have actual instances of intimidation, but they do their usual projection and our side gets punished for what they actually do!

You only feel “INTIMIDATED” if you’re an “ILLEGAL” voter.

How can they sue for something that they claim “will happen”?

And what ever happened to the first amendment?

Conservatives believe that people should register and vote.

While we hope they will vote for sound people and policies, I have never in my life seen a Republican try to prevent or even hint that a minority should not vote.

My wife was once taking a class at a local Junior College. One of her teachers offered extra credit if she would go down to Los Angeles and register people to vote. We went together.

We got there, and it was a Democrat machine office.

There they instructed us to go out and register voters in front of a big box retailer. “Oh, by the way, only register people as Democrats. Tell Republicans we’ll be back later in the week. Wink, wink!

So I have no experience with Republicans trying to limit Democrat voting. I do have experience with Democrats trying to limit Republican voting.

Vote fraud is inherent vote intimidation and demoralization. I heard the GOP is not allowed to sue for voter fraud because a Nixonian case was alleged against the GOP doing voter fraud once and the settlement was that the GOP refrain from suing democrats ever for
voter fraud

IF, and its a mighty big “if” for the pansy-McCain wing of the party, they are engaging in voter intimidation, they are not intimidating anywhere near enough illegal alien voters.

They weren’t going to do it anyway so what is the effect of this order?
