As in, not indicting actions which were/are clearly criminal.
When she thought the fix was in, Loretta Lynch recused herself from the case and stuck Comey with it. Now she wants to direct Comey. Can’t have it both ways.

The FBI directer is appointed for 10 year term by the president and confirmed by the Senate. He does not work directly for Lynch.

It won't hurt Hillary with the Democrat base, but those Independents who were leaning her way could start thinking they might just stay home, or even, if they just can't abide Trump, vote for the Libertarian or Green party,just to 'make a statement'.

We don’t know how damaging the emails are but the investigation itself is pretty important to voters decisions. If it was withheld and came out a day after a close election, which this looks to be, then the American people would have been cheated by the government. Theres no other way to look at it. Holder put that policy out with a Dem in the WH. It wasn’t a wise or impartial decision.
The government should run on schedule as it needs to, even close to an election.

Mike Pompeo (R-KS) described Lynch’s response as “unacceptable,” and said she has chosen to “essentially plead the Fifth.”
Jane Mayer of the New Yorker, who broke this story, is a hard-core leftist from the 1990s. The point of the story is to trash Comey for not following precedent and keeping such matters secret. She appeared to be trying to stir up animosity against Comey. Instead, she has added fuel to the fire of the public’s ire against a corrupt Administration.

I live in Texas. Voting machines are switching people's votes from Trump to Clinton. Other areas of the country are loading buses full of homeless and illegals to vote for the dead and the apathetic on behalf of hillary. The corruption is rotting our nation to the core. JMHO
