Why is Republican nominee Donald Trump leading in two battleground states and nearly tied in another with less than two weeks before the election? Experts, analysts, and Washington, D.C. insiders lectured the American people on how this was not supposed to happen.
According to a new poll, Trump maintains a healthy lead in Ohio over Hillary Clinton, 46 to 42 percentage points and in a Bloomberg Politics poll of Florida, Trump leads Clinton 45 to 43. In Pennsylvania, Trump continues to dwindle Clinton's lead where he is now within three points of the Democratic nominee.
Florida and Ohio are must wins for the Trump campaign, and combined with a win in Pennsylvania, Trump would more than likely be the next President of the United States.
In the most accurate poll of 2012, Trump is basically tied with Clinton nationally.
According to FiveThirtyEight, the Investors Business Daily/TechnoMetrica Market Intelligence poll predicted the correct outcome of that election, exposing Obama's dramatically underestimated performance and the falsehood of Romney's estimated clear victory.
At a rally in Tallahassee on Tuesday night, Trump made clear his intentions in the Sunshine State. In 14 days we are going to win the state of Florida and we are going to win back the White House, he declared.
Trump should focus like a laser beam on appealing to AA vote in Philly.. even if he can just get them to not care whether to vote or not— he will win Penn..
He won’t win VA. But if he wins PA and holds all the republican states like in 2004, he wins with 7 more votes than Bush had against Kerry.
I saw the story here. Matt needs some explanation to go with those photos. Its a little to inside baseball for my taste.
NBC must be concerned; their daily Trump hit piece was of a black Philly family who doesn’t even like Hillary, but will grudgingly vote for her ‘cuz Trump is too scary!
PA, I got a feeling.
Zero enthusiasm for Hillary.
She’s a nasty senior citizen in diapers. There are no lawn signs for her. Only Trump.
Man, I don’t know about VA. But that would be sweet, eh?
Well I live in VA now (not "lived"). Your having lived in Fairfax I think gave you a skewed view of the Old Dominion (I live in SW VA). I know we are not able to through here, but if there were a means, I'd be fully willing to wager $100 (or more if you want) that VA goes Trump.
Please, please, please, PA. Bring this home for Trump.
CNN has moved Nevada tp Leans Trump with Florida. How painful must that be for them? I love it!! All the momentum is to Trump now that Obama gave Hillary her Obamacare October surprise!
This is really interesting because Donald Trump doesn’t drink AT ALL!
I spent 4.5 hours driving around Lancaster county Pa. last week. Saw two Hillary signs and over fifty for Trump. Zero signs in front of the Amish farms.
My home state of NC is letting me down. ABC poll has her up 5.
Across the river in York County, 2 Hillary, 1 Johnson, and scores of Trump including one 4 x 8 footer.
That’s good news.
I think Trump may pull out VA. I see almost no signs for Hillary in NoVA. But more importantly, I think the rest of the state will be much redder than a normal election. Southeast is also fertile ground normally for a democrat, but I think it will be red as well. An expanding military means much needed jobs in that area.
What type of human being could still vote for Hillary after all these disclosures?
A very asininely stubborn one.
I have been asking this same question. I just do not understand her appeal except to those who are corrupt. I recently met a well-educated, refined person who adores her but could offer no reason for it, became agitated when challenged. Maybe some kind of Rev. Jim Jones Syndrome.
