I thought it might be interesting to have a thread for Freepers to post their early voting experiences, as well as any turnout reports from their location.
There was another person there dropping off her ballot when I drove up to the lockbox. Another person arrived as I was leaving.
Seminole co FL is not huge but good sized. It went 52 to 46 for mittens in 2012. I voted Monday in Sanford which has a fairly large black population. Not one black person was voting or in line Monday. Nor was there anyone with any C/K gear on. I will swing by that location later today and see it is still the same situation today.
Yesterday at the Sanford rally there were lots of black folks supporting Trump....including the man who waved in his jet. And there were more millenials than senior citizens. I’ve seen zero shillary bumper stickers and only 3 yard signs and one of them was upside down. She is in distress but I don’t know if that was the intended message or not.
Could everyone posting here tell us what the normal tendency is in the county/area where you voted? It isn’t really informative to know there was a long line but not know if it’s a Dem dominated area or R . Thx.
IN Western/Upstate NY State and no early voting in NY (that I know of). Upstate NY always goes R but in statewide elections it doesn’t matter because NY City/Albany area are D and mots of people there.
I voted Monday midmorning in Vegas. No line but all 50 booths were filled. Most of the people looked like Trump voter types to me. Not many minorities or women.
I’ll vote on Election Day.
But a word of advise, if I may, to all voters.
Do Not vote straight ticket. Even if you are. It’s a lot easier to code for changing a straight ticket vote than it is to determine for every single race you’re voting on. IMHO.
I’ll take they extra couple of minutes to fill in all the circles for my candidates just so there’s no ambiguity on the paper before feeding into the scanner.

King County was originally Bernie Country and watching D-turnout might be an indication of how many are staying home.

In upper East Tennessee, the lines were normal
There are few Democrats and 2% blacks
Voted this morning at 8AM in NW San Antonio, TX. I was maybe 40 in line and maybe 50 to 60 behind me. Has been steady all week so far. Did not vote straight ticket. They used my Drivers License as ID and printed a sticker with my info and precinct on it. Keyed that into the machine, asked me to verify, then I selected DJT and mostly Reps and some Libertarians where no GOP existed. Did not vote a single RAT. I am registered Independent. Not much chatter in the line. Few red shirts, but most were dressed as if headed for work. Racially: 70% white, 20% latino, 5% black, and rest others. M/F mix about 60/40 men to women.
Voted yesterday in Huntsville (Walker County) Texas. Line was out the door but the process took only 30 minutes. As of yesterday noon there were about 1800 votes. The line continued to be out the door when we left.
I wore my Adorable Deplorable shirt and on the way in one man said “I am in your basket.” Several ladies gave me the thumbs up sign when I came out. A number of people smiled after reading my shirt.
Went to a Tea Party meeting last night. The guest speaker was Toni Dashiell, Trump for Texas Campaign Vice-Chair.
She explained the problems some machines had in Texas....some were caused by user error.
I asked why the RNC has not paid for any Trump advertising. She said that was an agreement made long before the election started - back in 2014. The RNC focus was going to be on the ground game that was non-existent in the last major election. The ground game is about 200 times better this election.
She said the reports from Florida were very good.
Wife and I voted in deep red Wyoming on Monday. We have few minorities and the state went for Cruz during the primary and caucus season. Cast our votes for Trump.
Steady voting after our early voting began a month ago we still had a dozen people voting at the time we were there about 2pm on Monday.
I feel good about Trump’s chances nationwide -if we’re seeing steady voting in Wyoming a month into early voting in this deep red state, constitutional carry state Indies or unaffiliated voters will break for Trump.
No line at all at the University of New Mexico(USA) hard to tell there is an election at all.
I know how they want to vote, so vote their preferences, not my own. For instance, last year Hubby was in favor of legalizing MJ, but not me, so I voted yes on his ballot. Son wears a MAGA hat to school, so I can guess who his choice for Prez is. I will take them personally to the County Office drop box, (Don't trust the mail.)
Just got finished voting. LOOOONG line!! We waited 40 mins to vote!! Saw so many different age groups - young families with babies, sickly, elderly - slightly more than half were white males.
No issues with machines at all. Triple checked my summary page.
In all of our years of voting, we’ve NEVER had to wait this long...especially for early voting!!

Voted in Vegas yesterday. Noted the following “quirk” in touch screen choices: if you didn’t touch exactly in the circle next to your choice, your choice went to another one, either above or below. No one tells you how important it is to touch exactly in the box or circle of your choice. To game the system, it is possible to create the touch screen in such a way as to benefit some other result than your choice. Checking the accuracy of the touch screen in the circle or box will not detect the game. If then you slip your choice beyond the limits of the outline, the scam works. Just a thought.
VA early voting is basically limited to people eligible for absentee voting. I am out of town on business that week. You can either request a mail in ballot or vote "absentee in person." I chose the latter. Went to the courthouse, filled out a short form with my reason for not voting on Election Day, was given a ballot. My county has bubble in hard stock ballots. You fill in the ballot, feed it into a machine with a container below that holds all the ballots for canvassing later. Only waited a minute.
Early voting isn’t heavily D + compared to 2012.
If the trend holds, Trump should win comfortably on Election Day.
TN is a Red State - Trump will win it walking away but Ds are just not excited by Hillary enough to come out to vote for her.
Millenials not turning out for Hillary isn’t a good sign for her.
