A video excerpt from liberal Michael Moore is taking the internet by storm. But its not Moores loyal fans singing his praises for a passionate political confession its Donald Trumps supporters who are doing the cheering.
In the speech that was given before an audience in Ohio, reportedly for the film Trumpland, Moore delves deep into the mindset of Trumps appeal.
But first, he shockingly starts out by defending Trump supporters.
Theyre not racists or rednecks, theyre actually pretty decent people. So, after talking to a number of them, I sort of wanted to sort of write this.
Moore went on to read a piece where he shares what he believes is the momentum behind the Trump movement. He recounts Trumps visit to Detroit, where he had talked of the citys dismal economy and it apparently left a deep impression on Moore.
Donald Trump came to the Detroit Economic Club and stood there in front of the Ford Motor executives and said: if you close these factories, as you are planning to do in Detroit, and rebuild them in Mexico, I am going to put a 35% tariff on those cars when you send them back and nobodys going to buy them.
It was an amazing thing to see.
No politician Republican or Democrat had ever said anything like that to these executives. It was music to the ears of people in Michigan and Ohio and Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The Brexit states. You live here in Ohio. You know what I am talking about.
Moore went on to talk of the forgotten man, who works hard if he or she is lucky enough to have a job and continually gets screwed by the very representatives who are supposed to have their backs.

Quibbulation proves it.
No we use him in the way I described in posts 120, 125, 131, and 136. That’s what I’m doing and I don’t have to use an out of context clip in a way that is effectively a lie of omission.
It’s way more effective.
Like Trump tweeted recently; “The truth is a beautiful weapon.”
“Quibbulation” does not prove what VanDeKoik said I said.
Post a quote of what VanDeKoik said I said. I don’t think you can because it was a hallucination on his part.
You seem to be obsessed with the concept of hallucination.
And, I meant your quibbulation.
Few people will object to “Here’s a suggestion of how to make it better.”
You will get lots of enemies with a railing condemnation.
“quibbulation” is your hallucination.
Now can you find a post of me saying what VanDeKoik said I said??
Moore simply goes on to say he thinks the voters will regret it, pure speculation.
I missesd this part i the clip? Where did he state voters will regret it?
Haven't we had enough of the happy, little, one opinion fits all, echo chamber around here this year?
Seems the Michael Moore clip was a publicity stunt..... https://www.facebook.com/mmflint/photos/a.10150288227701857.331023.24674986856/10153877169121857/?type=3&theater

Righties have doctored a clip from my film to make it look pro-Trump. Hahaha. Now it has 7.9M views! Which has sent millions to iTunes to buy my movie. Which has now sent “Michael Moore In TrumpLand” back to #1 on iTunes. And now some of them are not going to vote for Trump after watching it. Win-win-win-win!
He also wrote a birthday letter to Hillary per FB.

Dear Hillary -
I hope you’ve had a wonderful 69th birthday today. I didn’t send you a card, so I thought I’d post this facebook note instead.
Thank you for running, for offering to serve us for the next four to eight years. This is the time of life most would rather enjoy retirement, the grandkids or a good book. You’ve chosen to deal with Congress, ISIS and the melting ice caps. So, thanks for that.
This country was born 240 years and four months ago. Only men have run it. Some of them did a good job, a lot of them didn’t. And now we are approaching the moment when a man will no longer lead. This will be a good thing. Better yet, that new leader, God and Ohio-willing, will be you.
I hope someone baked you a cake. The rest of us, we’re ready to place a lot on your plate. We have no choice. There’s so much to be done. Please don’t let down the millions turning out for you. They want peace not war, they want you to side with them and not Wall Street. They want you to feel it in your bones that black lives matter and that we are a loving home for immigrants. They know our own police have killed more Americans than ISIS has. They want to be safe but know our biggest threat are the 350 million unregistered guns in our homes. They want paid maternity leave, equal pay for women and debt-free college — and they want the rich to pay for it, simply by paying the taxes the rich always used to pay. They want the planet to survive and they want an end to these endless elections.
Not too much, right? Happy birthday, Hillary. Have a good sleep tonight. We’ll see you tomorrow - just a dozen days left until history is made!
Michael
