Posted on 10/15/2016 9:11:09 AM PDT by justlurking

Trump extends lead from +0.6 to +1.8.

There was a significant reduction in the undecideds. They appeared to have broken about 2-1 for Trump.

I think so, but I found it on the #HillaryBecause attempted Twitter astroturfing, which is getting carpet bombed into oblivion by trolls and Trump fans.

The paragraph before that shows that the samples aren't random: they pick unemployed minority neighborhoods to ask to make the numbers worse for Trump.

They should be burned at the stake, disemboweled, drawn and quartered, hung, shot, stabbed, and then *really* hurt. To paraphrase humor columnist Dave Barry.

Thanks for the ping.

I agree on Johnson. In 2012, he barely got 1 per cent of the vote. (Stein got less than 1/2 a per cent). All these polls showing Johnson near or in double digits are bogus in my opinion. Yet it's become somewhat socially fashionable to say you are "for one of the other guys" in this very contentious election. A nice way to avoid arguments at the office. Just say you are for Johnson (or Stein) and people tend to leave you alone.

I do see a few Johnson/Weld yard signs around here in CT but I hear virtually zero conversation about him. Also, that Bill Weld as running mate is a disaster. You don't get more wishy-washy RINO than Bill Weld. Weld makes Lindsey Graham look like an alpha-male hard rock conservative.

Meanwhile the MSM 24/7 assault on Trump goes on uninterrupted. I've tuned out the MSM entirely but at a Dunkin Donuts today, the TV had Fox News on and they were still apparently beating the "Trump accuser" angle to death.

If Trump can be in a tie or slightly ahead in these flawed polls in spite of the nonstop media barrage, well, that is a very good sign.

Trump supporters need to stop with the concern trolling and the hand wringing. Keep the faith and turn out in force on November 8th.

“FNC... ESADMF! Hannity needs to go somewhere else.”

I could not agree more. Hannity ought to move on to OAN and let Fox become MSFNC.

Dunno, it was from the #HillaryBecause Twitter disaster.

It seems almost natural that undecided would break for Trump. I mean if you are undecided, you are undecided about Trump. After 25 years, who has not already made up their mind about Hillary?

I follow Rich Baris on Twitter, who runs this poll. He said the Johnson voters are starting to break for Trump. They have always been Never Trumpersnow coming home.

Trump might very well be up in Vermont, as per the other thread which mentioned a large amount of Bernie write in votes in his home state.

If true, this would take votes always from Hillary and might tip the state to Trump.

I don’t look at Reddit but am happy to know what you report. The kids need to be told how hrc will further destroy their future.

Here is the future they face. A young man we know sent this to me. He is a good young man and he is all but hopeless. I’ve scrubbed it down to protect him:

[Looking for work to feed my family.] I try my best to do it on a regular basis. I’m seeking every avenue I can find right now for a relocation [and suitable work].

I’m dreading the future of the country as well, but it’s not ALL bad news here. [Making industrial art furniture for craft sales and last show] yielded 9 sales, though it was deemed the worst show in anyone’s memory according to every vendor I spoke to. Looks like trickle down poverty is taking its toll on people’s disposable income.

I’ve got a customer from xxx who is supposed to come purchase a couple more of the tables, and I’ve got a few more shows coming up to try to finish liquidating the inventory. Been working on some rustic wall-mounted coat/hat/whatever peg hangers and other than that, trying to figure out what my next move is. I got a rejection letter from company Y [bad part of city and a very long drive], which is probably for the best. Still doing my best to drum up more job prospects that pay more than $12 an hour. E.g: I found an ad on Craigslist for company X over there in [nearby town] for a position humping chemicals around and filling plastics moulds for 10 to 12 dollars an hour, 40 hours a week, but other than the idea that some money is better than no money, I can’t seem to convince myself to work for that. It serves no purpose other than making my kids ineligible for Medicaid and then costing me half of my salary in health insurance. As it is, I dumped my Obamacare for the rest of the year and decided to pay the 3 months of fines instead of 400 per month for wife and myself with a $6,700 per person deductible with $13,000 out of pocket. When that is the situation I’m faced with, how does it make any sense to work for $12 an hour? I’m not sure how much longer the natives will remain calm. Even the lady running the [State] Workforce office who was laid off from [Computer Company] three years ago as an international account manager told me she has drilling consultants and engineers with PHDs coming in and having to take minimum wage jobs. This truly IS Obama’s 2016.

Not expecting you to provide any answers, just venting. I’m trying my best to keep my head up and retain a positive attitude. It’s just getting hard to look at myself in the mirror anymore without a purpose in society.

End of quote.

Yesterday, I saw a healthy young man pulling a beat up duffel bad down the sidewalk. Sure he was tattoed and sure he had an ear ring neither of which I understand but I’ve met many good young men with both. You could tell he once had a job but was now just wandering. He was tired, hot and defeated. He got to the end of the block, stopped and fell more than sat on the curb. As he did I heard him let out a little cry and went back to ask if I could help him. He said no, I’ll be OK and I went to my car. I looked back across the street to see him bent over and head down sitting on the curb in front of the now abandoned Exxon building. I’m sick, disgusted and embarrassed for this version of America. It has become all too common. I hope our children are terrified of it.

I drove home and cried for all the good it does. I can’t get the image of that man out of my mind. I hate myself for not being able to do anything and I hate the politicians for not wanting to do anything. In fact, most of them want to make it worse.

Death to all tyrants.

Never fear. Next week he will be accused of kissing three girls in his kindergarten class, and NBC will devote 42 hours of coverage to an interview with his kindergarten teacher. Several psychologists will be brought in to comment.

@peoples_pundit. Or just search Ruchard Baris

The internals on the PPD poll are D+6 so Trump is in good shape if his ppl turnout. Baris is a Tea Party guy so he’s not playing games here. His sample may be off but it’s not to screw with us. He’s consistently had Trump ahead this cycle.
