A new USDW telephone and online survey finds Republican nominee Donald Trump expanding his lead to six point with forty-four percent (44%) support to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s thirty-eight (38%).
Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson pulled in seven percent (7%), with five percent (5%) backing Green Party candidate Jill Stein.
Another six percent (6%) remain undecided.
The Survey, conducted August 13-17, was a sample of 1,405 likely voters, of which 475 were Democrats (34%), 462 were Republicans (33%), and 468 were Independent or Other (33%).
Probably a bogus poll but what is in bogus now a days! When the candidate that’s leading is the biggest liar she devil incarnate on the face of this earth and people are still willing to vote for her! So hell yeah ..bogus but I’ll take it! GO TRUMP GO!!
I think it would be very interesting if polling orgs. would list the number of calls they had to make in order to get whatever benchmark they end up using.
Trump is up to a whopping 32% with Hispanic and 16 % with Blacks ( up 10% in 7 days!!) . Women have dropped below 50% on criminal Hillary. This is going to be a ROUT!! Go TRUMP!! The funny thing to watch is the Rino narrative that Trump is Spiraling down and they will pick up the pieces. The People say otherwise. And it is OUR party now and you will never get it back.
Polling sample is good, only change in this poll, they took same ratio of Dems, Rep and Ind.
It means, at this stage it depends on GOTV.
I posted this two days ago. The splits are very good, quite accurate. The same poll had a very good sample (over 1000). The criticism was that it was land line only. So, even then, I think at worst you’re looking at a tie.

I was, decades ago. Had a heck of a time getting the pollster to understand some of my answers.
Consider it bogus. I do, and not because I want Trump to lose.

Looks like a legit poll, the associated chart has breakouts, and none of those look out of whack. Also, the timeframe fits Trump doing better, Aug 13-17.
I don't know if the statistic is valid, but I read a report that sid the pollsters get about a 10% response rate. Call 10 numbers to get one person to take the poll. I figure some of those calls are ring-no-answer, others are hangups, maybe some people start and hang up because it is taking too long.
There’s only one poll I trust. It reports into the evening of election day. And as far as 2012, I don’t even trust that.
I’m no more inclined to believe that Trump’s up by 6 than that the Former Twelfth Lady’s up by 6...or 10...or 20.
All through this campaign Trump has describe ‘citizens’ who come to his rallies, that tell him they have NEVER voted before. WHO is polling these people? Trump calls them the ‘silent’... The only thing that is unknown is the illegals getting to vote for our president. NOBODY is polling the illegals!!!!
Count it as a blessing. I never got polled until about 2 years ago, and now it seems I get polled once a month. Often the poll is just on some local (state only) issue. Sometimes I answer honestly, other times I make up phony answers.
Mrs. Clinton's support will wash away rather rapidly, if the campaign is well managed. Seriously, how does she answer a persistent iteration of all the negatives--the real negatives against her? The imaginary negatives against Donald Trump will fade for two reasons.
The media barrage started at peak intensity too early; it is already losing credibility on most of the fronts. Secondly, the Obama/Clinton policies have set in motion social turmoil, which cannot be stopped on a dime. The news media will try to play it down, but will only lose credibility as they will not be able to.
Wasn’t there an article a couple days ago stating independent polling non MSM polls would show completely different results than what we are seeing from the alphabet media polls.
