I'm absolutely serious. It's not enough to just prove the cash was given the prosecution then has to show that the party giving the cash has actual knowledge it is to be used in the preparation or actually carrying out of terrorism offences. Good luck. They might be reckless. Or even negligent but that's not knowledge.
Oh, but the Obama admin announced the deal, supposedly giving them immunity I guess.
The pallet of cash in unmarked bills carried to Iran by our bagman was ransom, in the form demanded. Pure and simple.
Now the Iranians can distribute the cash in untraceable form wherever they see fit, as in funding terror, or paying families of suicide stabbers and bombers.

Obama was a dip into that world. Trump is promising to (try to) pull America out. Hellary is like, let’s just go forward while in it. Like marching 10,000 leagues under the sea, or something.

If you can’t ‘get’ Hillary on a straight-forward violation that doesn’t require a willful act, how the heck are we going to make this case against a president? They’ll argue every definition. It’ll be like rooting the enemy out of caves on Iwo Jima. And for what?
Congress can impeach if they have the will. This fits “High Crimes & Misdemeanors”. I know that the Senate won’t convict at this point. But so what? This guy needs to be tagged for what he is, historically-speaking.
