BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- A federal judge on Monday blocked North Dakota's voter identification law after a group of American Indians said it unfairly burdens them - the latest court ruling against voting laws that critics say disproportionately affect minorities.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland issued a temporary restraining order and criticized the state for its 2013 repeal of provisions that let people without valid IDs vote if someone vouched for them or if they signed an affidavit swearing they were a qualified voter.

I keep hearing all kinds of plans on both side to get people to the polls. What I’m NOT hearing is how we absolutely MUST have poll watchers in every single precinct to at least attempt to stop the election from being rigged. People need to get out and volunteer to be poll watchers and challengers.

Facepalm. Indians are automatically GIVEN a photo ID by the government.
BTW, no one seems to be challenging South Dakota’s Voter ID law which is fairly tough.
Try showing up for jury duty without proper ID.
I wondering when this leftist B.S. will reach critical mass and collapse under its own weight? Giving non-citizens the right to vote may not be our best choice. Must we go through what Europe is experiencing to understand where we are headed?

There’s no dumb to it. These judges know exactly what they’re doing, what it means and why.
What they don’t understand is where it’s all going to end up.

Probably really means that too many "judges" are complicit in voter fraud and will accept any excuse to make sure it happens.
It means there will be a whole lot of cheating in the count.
