JUDGE BLOCKS NORTH DAKOTA'S VOTER IDENTIFICATION LAW

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- A federal judge on Monday blocked North Dakota's voter identification law after a group of American Indians said it unfairly burdens them - the latest court ruling against voting laws that critics say disproportionately affect minorities.

U.S. District Judge Daniel Hovland issued a temporary restraining order and criticized the state for its 2013 repeal of provisions that let people without valid IDs vote if someone vouched for them or if they signed an affidavit swearing they were a qualified voter.

Yes, Texas too. How do these people buy cigarettes and beer, with no ID?

How come a gas pump in North Dakota knows who I am in under 30 seconds, but we can’t have voter ID?

What if all the states that have voter ID laws just decided to ignore the courts and enforce them anywise?

It’s not reasonable to claim that migrants don’t have ID or have difficulty getting ID.

According to the link below, foreigners can obtain consular cards while in another country. To get a consular card, they need a passport and...yes...a national picture ID card. Just about every migrant has been born into societies that require picture ID.

http://www.consumer-action.org/downloads/english/ConsularIDCards.pdf

In the USA:
you cannot see your first Obamacare doctor without a picture ID
you cannot apply for welfare without a picture ID
you cannot buy a plane ticket without a picture ID
you cannot apply for college without a picture ID
you cannot open a bank account without a picture ID
you cannot buy liquor or cigarettes without a picture ID

State DMVs give free picture ID cards for voter purposes. States also provide permanent absentee ballots (mail-in) for those who can’t easily get to the polls.

so why is ID such a problem? unless the intent is to gerrymander the election as has been done with relocating migrants to specific areas?

They should have used Indiana’s law as a model, like TN did. The SCOTUS ruled that their law was Constitutional and, fortunately, our state legislature chose it to use while putting our voter ID law together.

They are working against Trump as opposed to for Clinton (this judge, at least). This is a Bush appointee, so it is the globalist types, not just Hillary. Also, the Supreme Court is currently 4-4, so if an appeal were to make it there before the election, these blocks almost certainly would remain in place for a while. Just another reason to never, ever, ever vote for anyone with even one drop of Bush blood in them.

The creeping judicial tyranny is finding ways around States Rights as is evident by these other unconstitutional rulings in the states already mentioned.

The 'rats and their loyal partners in the judiciary are working overtime to rig the November Presidential election.

It falls under Rule #16 of the communists' "45 Goals" ......

Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

People have ignored those goals all these years and now we find ourselves where we are.

Too true. These unconstitutional rulings leading up to November, will be interesting to watch to find out if we will have any freedoms left.

There is ZERO chance Hillary Clinton will not be the next president.

America has become the center of the Axis of Evil.

Russia and China have more credibility than us now.

Good night. See ya tomorrow.

It's time for just such a revolution.

And used state-based military assets to do such a thing.

Including nukes.

This is precisely how hillary and the democrats will win the election - by getting everyone, legal or illegal, to vote two or three times.

And the liberal judges will abet the process.
