James D. Peterson [born 1957] is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.Prior to joining the court, he was a shareholder at the firm of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. On November 7, 2013, Peterson was nominated by President Barack Obama to be a judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. The United States Senate confirmed Peterson on May 8, 2014, on a vote of 70-24.

Julie Robinson [born 1957] is a federal judge for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She joined the court in 2001 after being nominated by President George W. Bush. Prior to appointment, she served as a judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of Tenth Circuit.
North Carolina:

Henry Franklin Floyd [born 1947] is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He was nominated by President Barack Obama (D) in January 2011. Prior to his elevation to the Fourth Circuit, Floyd served on the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. He joined that court in 2003 after being nominated by President George W. Bush.
