PHILADELPHIA — The six flag poles on top of the Philadelphia City Hall are bare Thursday morning. One city official who asked not to be named told The Daily Caller that the U.S flags typically atop the City Hall flagpoles have been moved to the Democratic National Convention stage.

Who pays for the rental to use them on the Dems stage?
Who pays to remove them, ship them back, and reinstall them at city hall?
Probably unionized city workers on city time.

I thought the same thing at first. However, after consideration: What would have happened to the flags at the end of this marxist gathering? They would most likely be thrown in the garbage. Or worse. At least this way the flags will more likely than not go back to City Hall and be used for what the taxpayer's money was spent.

The flags will probably end up in the trash after Hillary speaks tonight. Someone should watch to see what they do with the flags after the convention. They should also see if city employees do it on the clock. Would make a great storyline.
As our precinct election judge, I buy big bottles of that hand sanitizer and put them at either end of our check-in table with an American flag decal.

They had them last night, two rows on either side of the stage. They were low enough that no one on the podium could see them and be offended, or spontaneously combust.
