Apparently Pence was a great pick. All my GOP friends who were on the fence about Trump, they are all on board the Trump train now. It amazes me how quickly this has changed!

Trump knows how to play the media. It’s been all about the campaign for a week and will continue through next week with the convention. For a couple weeks it was his short list. Then it was Pence’s carnival interview. Then it was speculation on Pence but still others in the running. Then it was the Pence leak followed by a denial. Then it was (sadly) a delay for Nice. Then yesterday he tweeted his pick. Today is the formal announcement and then the convention. No one can deny he’s a showman and will be leading the lib msm around by their noses.

I'm absolutely delighted and satisfied with the Mike Pence choice. He's a great conservative, a fine-looking man, well-spoken....I could go on and on....but mostly, from a political point of view when analyzing the dynamics of presidential/vice-presidential tickets, he will bring "gravitas" to Mr. Trump....and Trump will imbue Pence with vibrancy and energy.

On a personal note, as a freeper born and raised in Illinois, I made scores of visits over many years to Indiana to enjoy family reunions and to travel around the state. I will say one thing....this friendly midwestern state with traditional values has produced countless people, past and present, who have been mightily GOOD for our country....and Mike Pence will do his country, his state, his party and his running mate GOOD !!!

Because it took a while for the Pence news to officially become news, many were hoping Trump would have a Steve Harvey moment:

‘And the winner is ... Miss Colombia.’

‘No. Wait. Nevermind.’

Gingrich or Christie would of been a mistake. Yet, we have people around here and on other right leaning blog sites already predicting doom and gloom over a freaking VP pick. Pence would not of been my pick, but he’s just the VP choice, and not the PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEE! Geez, some of you seriously need Xanax out there.

For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. Colossians 2:9-10 NIV

Once again the know everything NeverTrumpundits are telling Donald how to run his campaign. Of course those who have never won a campaign in their lives and advised all of the losing Repubs know exactly how to run the most successful campaign in histoir. They are all warning him he needs to soften his stands for fear of scaring off those precious moderates who are always determining the outcome of every election. No, getting out your own people are what determines the win and why Repubs lose.

Fox Snooze and the rest of the NeverTrump media are all lecturing Donald how extreme his rhetoric is and if he keeps it up those precious women, blacks and Mexicans will not vote for him. Never mind these are the same people who say they are not voting since he is not a Conservative, they want him to be more liberal so the moderates will vote for him. So he is not Conservative enough for people like Georgie Will, Hume and Kraut, but needs to soften his message so moderates like Will, Hume and Kraut will vote for him; right!

People always wonder how I have been able to predict accurately the last five Presidential elections as well as the Senate and House when the highly paid mediots have all missed it. The same as why I have won ten of twelve elections in liberal Oregon running Conservative campaigns stopping multi-billion dollar boondoggles. It’s really simple really, just do the opposite of what the liberal echo chamber tells you to do and you will find plenty of votes.

The echo chamber which is now the NeverTrump campaign does not realize there is a Silenced Majority out there that they have shamed into quiet. The media bubble does not want to know these people exist since they do not fit into their world view. The media just looks at them as a bunch of stupid racist, sexist, homophobes who work on their cars all day wrapped in the Stars and Bars. They just do not realize what a great gift the media is doing for them to help them evolve into a more tolerant human. The last thing the media wants to admit is that these people exist and actually vote against their world view or that the GOP could win in bigger numbers if they actually went against their view and represented those Silenced voters.

Trump will win in a landslide if he ignores NeverTrumedia and goes after the Silenced Majority. They are far more Conservative than he is, but he is more Conservative than any candidate who has run since Reagan. His stand on the Wall and stopping Stupid Immigration are so unique and long overdue that he has put himself farther to the Right than anyone since Reagan. His tax and economic plans are even more Free Market than RR which is exactly the sweet spot of the Majority waiting to vote. Keeping those as the foundation of his campaign and the addition of Mike Pence has his campaign moving to a landslide in November.

For him to win he needs to stay right where he is, or move slightly to the Right on social issues like abortion and homosexual marriage as well as Islamic intolerance. He has the unique ability to articulate these issues better than anyone before him. He is gifted with the ability to speak without fear and is able to beat the Mediots at their own game. In the end liberals like Georgie, Hume, Rove and Kraut are a list of Marxist clichés in search of an original thought. They will repeat the phrases they hear at the Brie and Chablis parties about moderating your tone or how not to be a racist, but in the end they have no new ideas and only paths to another loss.

He has to resist the temptation of taking the advice of these appeasers and stay on the narrow path to victory. His choice of Pence is an indication he will do just that when the easier picks would have been Newt or Christie, but he went for the Christian from the Midwest and out of the bubble. This is a solid choice for the Silenced Majority and can speak to those social issues which are the weakness of the left. He can point out how Hillary and Obama are for abortion until the first breath and for taking away Christian’s right to their beliefs in the workplace. These real issues will play very well to Midwest values bringing the Rustbelt into his camp which has the Establishmedia terrified.

The NeverTrumpers are a company of cowards. They are so terrified of his Conservatism they would rather run and hide than fight. Just like Hume, Will and Rove who live in the DC bubble, these Conservative icons like Rush, Beck and Levin would rather lose to Hillary than defend the Wall or stopping Mooslimbs from immigrating without knowing if they are terrorists. It is easier to debate the budget, snooze; than to talk about messy things like religion, immigration and morals. Most of these Talk Show hosts have been wealthy atheists for so long they have forgotten what their listeners have to go through day to day and no longer speak for them.

Trump has rubbed elbows with everyday Joes his entire life. Being in the building industry he is going to be talking to laborers just as often as he is going to be talking to billionaires. They may not be people he is making deals with, but they are people he either rents rooms to or has laborers working on his projects. He seems to like them better which is why he is a hardhat billionaire. He has a way to leave his bubble unlike the Talk Show hosts who fly from one celebrity event to the other and never have to soil their hands with the people who listen to their shows.

So they bark on their shows how liberal Trump is and has sold out Conservatism when they are the true sellouts who will never talk about what would happen if the wall was built and have a real solution to the flood of Mexicans taking jobs. No they would rather talk about some obscure article in the Constitution or a bill in Congress and get all wonky rather than things that are tearing everyday Americans’ lives apart.

As a Republican you have two choices in elections, win ugly or lose graciously and Repubs are very gracious candidates. Trump is on the other track and if he can stay ugly will win this election in a landslide. He chose the ugliest VP on the list and is a good sign he is not going to be outfoxed by the ruling class. He simply needs to double down and talk directly to the people by keeping with the air campaign and throwing verbal grenades. He has to continue to speak for the Silenced Majority and ignore the NeverTrumpundits. If he does that then he will be redecorating another prime piece of real estate on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Pray America wakes

There is a sweet irony in Indiana being the supposed firewall for Cruz and now its governor is on the stage with Trump.

Impressed. Trump is really spending the time to introduce Pence, in detail. Don’t recall others doing this in past to introduce their VP. And, of course, he’s talking about other topics. An incredibly good—non-teleprompter—speech.

Noticed Trump walked off after the intro, rather than hover a step behind Pence at the podium.
