ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) A sensational report of a New Mexico sheriffs deputy arresting an undocumented Islamic refugee who had gas pipeline plans with her as she crossed the desert near the border appears to be unfounded.
The report cited involvement by the FBI, U.S. Border Patrol and the Luna County Sheriff. Each of those law enforcement agencies told KRQE News 13 that theres no evidence the incident ever happened.
Still, the article has been widely shared across social media since it was published Wednesday on the website of the conservative group Judicial Watch. The organization says it promotes transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics and the law. After repeated calls and emails asking for comment, a spokesman for Judicial Watch said the group stands by its story.
Luna County Sheriff John Mooradian said officials from the U.S. Border Patrol called him Wednesday, asking if a deputy of his had made the arrest, as the article claimed. Mooradian checked with his patrol supervisor and confirmed none of his deputies made such a stop, let alone an arrest.

Judicial Watch has been more right than wrong in the past so I don't know what to think about this - I'm not a conspiracy theorist.

Since the United States government under the Obama Administration has repeatedly lied to it’s citizens, I would believe Judicial Watch. The reason is simple:
J W HAS NOT HABITUALLY LIED TO ANYONE.
Well if the FBI says it aint true, I guess we should believe them, after all They would never lie like in TWA 800 or Waco, or Ruby Ridge,...would they.
This organization needs to be ABOLISHED!
The question is: do you trust the government, especially a local, state or federal law enforcement agency or any federal agency, to tell the truth?
No.
Judicial Watch had a story a while back about terrorist sites just south of the border in Texas and Ne Mexico. That story was called bogus, too, but JW stood by it. I’m not sure what to believe, but -anything- could be hidden in Juarez and it wouldn’t surprise me.
Since Judicial Watch is deposing those involved in the Hillary email server scandal, it would not surprise me if they setup a false report to be relayed to Judicial Watch to discredit them.
Well if the FBI says it aint true, I guess we should believe them
I guess we should believe the FBI, that is until SOMETHING GOES BOOM BIG TIME. Then we will start questioning why things were missed AGAIN! Think Orlando and Mateen.
However, Judicial Watch should have verified that information. This will not bode well for JW I’m afraid.
Because as we all know the Feds and state governments would never, ever cover up anything “unfortunate”.
Thanks for the ping CedarDave, I don't know either.
I just checked the JW site and nothing has been updated on the original story, I'll keep checking.
Read the book Triple Cross! I’ll never believe anything the EH BEE EYE says again!
appears to be unfounded.IOW, it did happen, but it doesn't fit the DNC talking points as expressed in the Partisan Media Shills' narrative.
I think this admin has ordered ALL agencies to LIE to the public about such matters. Satan is slowly being unleashed thru the likes of BO, Hilly and others in this administration.
So someone just made that up?
Pretty specific for make-believe.

al-Taqiyya: deception; the islamic word for concealing or disguising one’s beliefs, convictions, ideas, feelings, opinions, and/or strategies.
I trust what JW says way more than what the FBI says.
