Recall the outrage of the left when a bakery owner wouldn't make a cake for a homosexual "wedding"?
Wonder what the outcry would be if a gun store owner refused to sell a gun to a Muslim?
It has happened repeatedly, most recently when a Florida gun shop reportedly refused to sell body armor to the terrorist.
For some odd reason, CAIR hasn’t spoken out about this outrageous activity by businesses, but I’m sure the DOJ will soon be contacting the business to talk to them about their racist attitudes...
Several gun store owners will not sell to Muslims. Jan Morgan, a gun store owner often featured on Fox News, will not sell guns to Muslims or allow them to use her gun range. All she has to say is that as a FFL dealer, she has a duty to not sell to anyone she feels uncomfortable selling a firearm to.

What if a gunstore owner would sell to a gay muslim? If the gay muslim said he was going on jihad? And he refused on the grounds that selling him the gun would be participating in the jihad?
The bakery owner should have been protected since there is no sexual preference protection under the constitution. There is religious protection....
Therefore , I don’t believe the gun store owner would fair well in a lawsuit....
The DemocRat party will ban the Second Amendment in his store.

Now all we need is every other type of retailer being able to not to sell to people they feel uncomfortable selling things to.

Would there be an outcry if at the same time the dealer asked the individual if he was a Muslim and the Muslim admitted he was, and immediately afterwards it was broadcast over the radio that China had just launched a nuclear attack against the U.S.?

Perhaps the ideal gunstore would have hickory smoked pork ribs always going in a pit just inside the foyer. Ahh, the aroma!

Leftists are always full of contradictions. They don’t want to discriminate against muslims even though muslims believe in everything that leftists are against. Gays put to death, women are property, etc.
