(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today released the deposition transcript of Ambassador Stephen D. Mull, executive secretary of the State Department from June 2010 to October 2012, who suggested that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton be issued a State Department BlackBerry, which would protect her identity and would also be subject to FOIA requests. The Mull transcript is available here. Amb. Mull now serves as the State Departments lead coordinator for Iran nuclear implementation.
Amb. Mulls testimony and other discovery arises in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, former deputy chief of staff to Clinton. The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about the clintonemail.com system. (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). Judge Sullivan ordered that all deposition transcripts be made publicly available.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Things are accelerating, finally. The FBI is getting the bums rush to get its menu and preparation together, and get the dang meal on the table.
Where would this country be if not for Judicial Watch, FOIA and even the guy who exposed the surveillance of Americans happily occurring in the NSA without check?
Without concrete results what does it matter.
” Without concrete results what does it matter. “
The “concrete results” is the “meal” I was discussing. Timing is everything, but you knew that already I bet.
..........
Blanket pardons coming soon
Full metal jackets and a firing squad.
read every word last night.....The lawyer had a secret code.... He would object to a question that would get overruled and that was the message to mull to say... “ I dont remember, or I cant recall. Check it out yourself, happened dozens of times.
I agree Judicial Watch seems to get results that no one else (especially those in government) can get. I would like to know why they are able to when others, like Sharyl Atkisson for example, cannot.
Trey Gowdy sits waiting years hearing nothing, putting up with criminals posing as government officials, and his hands seem tied.
I wonder what J.W. does to get what others cannot seem to acquire, not that the info will get anyone indicted, but at least there’s more solid information available to deflate the spirits of happy go lucky naive citizens.
The State Dept. went in with J.W. to file a lawsuit against Hilldog. I imagine because alone the State Dept. has no power. That shows how useless the watchdogs in government are at their job policing the crooks that run the place, i.e., steal our money.
Poor Trey wastes his talent spinning his wheels knowing he will never accomplish a thing, as those before him experienced. And they know why and that it is inevitable. If you are going to accept a job, why take on one that drives you crazy? What a waste of a valuable life.
What makes the adversary cooperate to give up to J.W. what they refuse to give to anyone else in the world, unless its agreed to be kept secured? I know J.W. has problems and so far their effort produces no real effect.
Does J.W. have pictures of them having sex with children? Do they have hit men who kill inconvenient threats? Do they bug their homes and control their computers and rig their voting booths?
Does anyone have any clue, or even a conspiracy theory? Just interested.
I have financially supported J.W. and appreciate their progress but it is mysterious, but so is Satan, so can I expect reality to ooze out of the cesspool of Washington.
All great questions. I don’t understand it either. The government can ignore and stone wall congressional investigations, but not Judicial Watch. Go figure. The State Department and other agencies consider the statute of limitations their friend, and it is.
