Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., was labeled by Charles Krauthammer on Friday as the pundit’s leading pick to be the running mate of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.
The Washington Post, citing unnamed sources, said Corker will be meeting Monday with Trump at Trump Tower in New York City
Krauthammer used a hypothetical pot of $100 in casino chips to make his point, putting $25 on Corker, $20 on former Sen. Scott Brown, R-Mass., $20 on Ohio Gov. John Kasich, $10 on former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and $5 on Heritage Foundation President Jim DeMint. The rest went to “the field,” Krauthammer said, acknowledging, “I have no idea.”
Corker has “a bit of gravitas” and “spoke well” of Trump’s late April major foreign policy address, Krauthammer said.
Corker is chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Neither his office nor the Trump campaign would comment for the record about Corker’s chances of being Trump’s running mate.

Trump supporters best be worried here is why. In his last election the Tennessee DEMS did not as such run opposition to him. Rather a Conservative got on the DEM ticket by default. Corker has been a long time Ace up the sleeve of the DEM's.
Krauthammer hasn’t been right on anything in 20 years methinks
I remember when they first starting doing poker chips, he would put NONE on Trump, and joke that he would put 10 on Wine and Circus instead

Charles has no idea why folks are angry. Not long ago, I saw him spout off about how folks are revolting against the GOP because of the government shutdown that the TEA party forced. This guy has no clue.
Corker is a RINO. His personal business activities will not pass scrutiny.
