Donald Trump climbed to the top of the real estate world in the most ruthless, cut-throat, predatory and brutally competitive venues in the world, New York City. Trump did not become the multi-billion-dollar successful deal-maker through naive decisions or suffering with fools thats not how success in that business venue works...
Understand this and you understand why Donald Trumps inner circle is life-long or multi-decades deep. Understand this and you also understand that everything outside of that nucleus is disposable. Everything outside that circle is a tool.

Almost right, Ben Carson is the one throwing the red meat.
i dont want him to get politically correct and feel he has to pick a woman..he needs to pick someone that knows everyone and everything someone strong..no k sick or rubio or cruz....pick a good strong person no sarah palin cant stand her winey voice....she has too much baggage with her kids...
Freepersup,
Brava, you have gone above and beyond what others would do, and for that, patriots say THANK YOU!
This man sounds so like DJT, with so many good qualities. I hope the Trump Administration finds an excellent place for him, wherever that may be.
Now it is in Trump hands.
Good job!
Vice President Carson sounds rather nice
How does “president Ben Carson “ sound to,the world if something happens to Trump?
Not very comforting thinking of “sleepy ben “ dealing with congress the economy the military and aggressive world leaders every day 24/7
He is not up to the job, could barely survive the debate stage among the big boys
Great graphic!
If another aggressive legislative and violent leader is what you want Hillary is your choice then. For you haven’t listened at all to what Trump is saying.
If an inexperienced UNVETTED largely unknown man who became a republican just a year ago and who was so chill in up public debates he seemed to be drugged is your idea of a man who should be one heartbeat from the presiidency - we have no common ground indeed
At least Trump never took a hammer to his mother
it’s gonna be Ted Nugent
The @washingtonpost report on potential VP candidates is wrong. Marco Rubio and most others mentioned are NOT under consideration. @realDonaldTrump 9:25 PM - 15 May 2016
Great guy, like father like son. Endorsed Trump a long time ago. Duncan Hunter.
A GREAT Quarterback! GOoooNAVY!!!
Palin already said she does not want to be his VP choice because she would bring too much attack and commotion on him.
Newt will have a role, I think. Whether VP or not, no one is better suited to run the legislative agenda.
Time for a New Contract with America.
Your refererence to Pete Fitzgerald for me brought up Interesting times in Illiois politics. It was just after the reformation of the Illinpis State constitution led by Quinn and the lefty press which eliminated the 3 house members per legislative district from: 2 majority and 1 minority representative to just one. Which actually destroyed the Illinois Republican party.
But living in Illinois at the time I also did the same for Pete as you in the Chicago south west side neighborhood of Clearing. Before moving to Wusconsin.
The only problem with Pete, and I have tried to keep abreast of Illinois GOP political scemes, is, he’s dropped out of the scene. Earlier I was reading a posting where somebody posted Scott Fitzgerald’s name who supports Trump but is not a US but a Wisconsin state senator (majority leadert) and confused him with Pete and even claimed Scott would carry Illinois for Trump .
Frankly I’d be amazed but pleased if Pete would be Trump’s choice. But I don’t see that happening.
Jeff Sessions came out early for Trump, maybe!
I like Sessions or Newt!
I know Trump will pick someone who’ll blow the opposition away!
Confident in Trump whoever it may be.
Go Trump Go... All the Way!
The “John Miller” thing is on the level of a prank. Next week, they’ll be saying he called bowling alleys asking for “Mike Hunt”.
This is about as significant as the Romney haircut story.
However, Trump should just acknowledge it, say it was a stupid mistake like all of us make, and dis miss it. Most people (except for the most fierce partisans) would simply dismiss it at that point.
By denying it, he keeps it alive.
FWIW, they’re reporting tha tCruz and Rubio are on teh VP list. Both have indicated they wouldn’t take it.
But wasn’t Trump just recently saying they were ineligible to be president? if you’re ineligible to be president, you’re ineligible to be VP too.
So there are three conclusions we can draw:
1. He’s letting that get out to bring their supporters on board but not really considering them, which would perhaps be good politics, but isn’t exactly on the up and up.
2. He never eally believed that they were ineligible and got his supporters worked up over something he knew to be false
3. He really does think they’re ineligible but is considering them anyway.
None of those is a good reflection on him, is it?
Lol!
