There was an extraordinary report in Tuesday’s Washington Post about the Clinton e-mail investigation. It involved the government’s interview of longtime Clinton consigliere Cheryl Mills. It details how Justice Department attorneys made an agreement with Mills’s attorney to cut off questioning about a key aspect of the case. Mills, who is a lawyer, was represented at the interview by a lawyer named Beth Wilkinson. As is customary in these situations, the questioning was conducted jointly by FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors. Yet when things got dicey, it seems the Justice Department prosecutors worked jointly with Ms. Wilkinson to block the FBI from asking about Mills’s collusion with Clinton in the belated provision of thousands of Clinton’s e-mails to State — provided only after nearly 32,000 of those e-mails were deleted. Intent, malicious or not, is not needed for proving violation of the very simplistic Public Records Act of 1950. Hillary, very simply, failed to “take care if” public records.... Period. No motive needed. Easy. Start there. Violation means she can never hold public office.

Before BP Agent Terry was murdered, Holder, Obama and Hillary were on the same page with the “big lie” that 90% of the guns found at Mexican murder scenes came from the USA. This was a standard talking point they pulled out every time they were in front of a camera. Holder, Obama and Hillary were behind Fast and Furious, and 400+ murders.
Holder was found in contempt of congress, and NOTHING happened.

It has been written that Brian being a political appointee, did not have to report to his "supervisors". In essence, Hillary had her agent operating within the state dept. without any accountability that applied to other state dept. employees.

FR POSTED 5/13/16----Via FOIA, Judicial Watch received Department of State emails showing that, during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, Laura Pena, a top aide to Clinton, helped push through the political appointment of Bryan Pagliano, a former Hillary for President IT director, to a political position in the IT group at the State Department. ...... (that’s a bit odd).
The newly released documents also show the involvement of Patrick Kennedy, under secretary for management, in Pagliano’s hiring.
The emails show that others in the State Department International Resource Management (IT division) in which Pagliano would work questioned why a political appointee was being placed in the office. And the emails reveal that a political appointee could not even report directly to a superior in the International Resource Management division, raising further questions among Pagliano’s supervisors.
ABOUT PENA Before becoming Clinton’s State Department White House liaison, Pena served as the (1) Hillary for President campaign’s Director of Hispanic Outreach, and, (2) Deputy Director of Women’s Outreach, leaving that position to become (3) Deputy Political Director of Clinton’s Friends of Hillary PAC. In January 2009, (4) Pena joined Clinton at the State Department where she helped secure Pagliano’s political appointment one month later.
The significance of all this: While at the State Department, Pagliano allegedly provided tech support for Hillary Clinton’s non-State.gov email system.
BACKSTORY The new email documents were obtained by J/W in response to an April 8, 2016, federal court order directing the Department of State to begin delivering materials to Judicial Watch in response to a September 3, 2015 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit ( Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-01441)). The lawsuit was filed after State failed to comply with an August 5, 2015 FOIA request.

The FOIA emails obtained by Judicial Watch reveal that the political appointment of Pagliano was expedited after Clinton aide Pena sent an initial email to Patrick Kennedy on February 23, 2009.

Yes, he is, but if it were a Republican administration the NYT would have a story EVERY DAY on the front page and MSM TV would talk about it 24/7. That's the difference.
If Lynch deep sixes it, you can also bet there will be a mutiny.
I don't expect a very big mutiny and what there is won't be covered much by the MSM.
I only have about 10% optimism about this.
