Economy is the most important issue for the voters. Poll after poll voters put economy as the number 1 issue.
Today on CNN John King quoted recent polls.
Overall around the country Trump beats Clinton on economy by 5%: Trump-50%, Clinton-45%
What is really huge, is the fact that in the North-East, the rust belt, Trump beats her on economy by 25%: Trump- 59%, Clinton-34%
This is extremely important as Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan are the most important swing states.

Today I heard John King on CNN with some pretty staggering poll numbers for Trump.
These were some pretty huge poll numbers. Trump going into the general election feels like Trump going into the primaries last June. The media was trying as hard as possible to paint him as clueless with no chance of success despite polls that were implying to the contrary.
Now we are in the general election but there are some nasty facts that seem to be an antidote to the media poison.
For example, Trump has a woman problem. They said this over and over again except in exit interviews Trump got the woman vote by more than 50%. Then there are these John King polls.
Now John King mentioned these polls. Trump beats Frump (Hillary) by 5% on the economy 50%-45%! Really? In the North East Trump beats Frump by a huge 25% on the economy. Wow!
Trump is carpet bombing Clinton and going after her like he did his 17 rivals and the media meme that Trump can't win is already fracturing big time. It is so amusing listening to the media clowns informing us as to what Trump needs to do in order to win. Are you kidding? If Trump did what these media clowns suggest they would drive him straight to failure and intentional at that.
This so resembles what Trump did at the beginning of the primaries.
Trump going against Frump is going at warp speed and I doubt that Frump will not be able to keep up. She tried a weak attempt at a twitter war and within 24 hours she ended it. She is very weak! Simply amazing!
So Trump starting a transition team now is a good idea. Maybe they already know something looking at their internal poll numbers that point to very a very soft Frump with less backbone than a bowl of Jello.

All part of the plan to project the image of a winner. I’d do the same thing. Romney and McCain should have done the same.
Agree with everything you said but this ain’t the Republican primaries. Just saying. He needs to drag Hillary down with a massive ad campaign early on.
If Clinton got kicked out and Biden put in there would be a lot of confusion with the democrats.
The Sanders voters would be angry regardless of who gets nominated.
Then the Clinton voters would be angry because the woman got kicked out.
What a mess.
That is what I suspect could happen. Emperor Barky send word to Hillary Rotten Criminal that in exchange for her withdrawing for “health reasons”, he will guarantee her an unconditional pardon issued on the morning of January 20, 2017.
Of course if Stand Up Joe and Fauxahontas end up screwing the pooch, all bets are off so far as any pardon goes.
Trump really seems to like his Son in law a lot. He talks him quite frequently.

How much free advertising is Trump getting every day? I am guessing about $1,000,000 across all the media throughout the entire country including print and visual and audio media. In the next 90 days he will get $90 million in free ads.
Hillary does not have the guts to take him on toe to toe in the media.
So Hillary has to shell out $90 million from her pocket. Unfortunately ads are just not as effective as free media.
Hillary is crumbling.

Very well said. Hillary has no managerial skills. None. She is a paper tiger. Trump beats her on media and even more managing large organizations.

The media’s going to try blacking him out at some point. He has to be ready for that.
I’m thinking Trump trusts family as his eyes and ears. Trump is not stupid. there are a lot of traitors out there. Involving his family gives an extra layer of supervision that is invaluable.

Media will kill for ratings. There is always some media outlet that will interview Trump or talking about him. Then other outlet ratings go down and they have to cover Trump.
CNN ratings in prime time have exceeded Fox’ for the first time in 15 years and that is because of Trump. That is a big deal. Trump has unseated Fox. Now Megyn is on her knees wanting a sit down with Trump.
I see zero chance of a blackout!

Ivanka can have an office there and use the helicopter to travel back and forth as needed to NYC
Got to remember also that “Frump” has taken a LOT of HITS coming from “the Bern” as in “feel the bern” Sen. Bernie Sanders, which has simply weaken her when it comes to general election sucess.

In the media money is secondary to controlling the message. They’ll try it at some point but I full expect Trump to destroy them for it.
