Former Speaker Of The House Just SMOKED The ‘Establishment’ For NOT Endorsing Trump VIDEO

Newt Gingrich has weighed in on the #NeverTrump movement and he has some harsh words for the Republicans that are turning their backs on the party.

He specifically addresses The Bushes, and Mitt Romney saying, “Let’s be clear. The Bushes, the Romneys, the Republican party has been pretty darn good to them. And they owe a little bit to that party. And the people who make up that party.”

Gingrich told FOX News host Uma Pemmaraju that House Speaker Paul Ryan’s announcement that he is “not ready” to support Donald Trump “probably represents a fairly large block of people who are very anxiety-ridden.”

“There were a lot of people who thought they would negotiate with Trump over the next two months as he tried to pull together enough delegates. And suddenly there on Wednesday, they were faced with the reality that he is the nominee,” explained Gingrich.

“And I think a number of them panicked.”

Now, Trump “has an obligation as the party nominee to find a way, a path to get to bringing the party back together,” the former House Speaker added.

While Gingrich said Ryan’s refusal to endorse Trump wasn’t something he would have done, he “was much more offended by Presidents Bush and Gov. Romney.”

The former presidents have publicly said they won’t be endorsing Trump or commenting on the presidential campaign.

Romney says he will not be attending this summer’s Republican National Convention, where Trump is expected to be officially nominated.

“When those three were the nominees, they expected all of us to support them,” said Gingrich.

“They would have been deeply offended if we had said something like Paul Ryan said yesterday. And I think it’s a bit much for people who got to be President or got to be the nominee – because of the Republican Party – to now turn around and decide that they are smarter than millions and millions of Republican voters, and that they’re not going to be part of the team.”

Maybe Newt will make Trump’s list of potential VP’s.

He is incredibly smart and knows how to take care of business.

Time is something that man in envented to measure the things he experiences.

Newt’s age is relative to me.

I would certainly take his experience over another 2-3 year “wonder boy” that’s another junior senator in an OJT program like current potus, cruz, or rubio.

Newt knows the ropes. He’s been there and done that

Besides, 70 is the new 50’s

This whole thing is more objective evidence that Paul Ryan is not ready for the big time. He got his doors blown off by Joe Biden in the 2012 Vice-President debate, and he continues to give Baraq Obama every penny he wants and not one penny more.

I heard some talk show on FNC today; a commentator made a comment that Paul Ryan is still harboring thoughts of running for President in the future. If that is the case, Mr. Ryan should consider the Green Party (now that Ralph Nader has stopped running there) or reinventing the Whigs. Or even better, a new party - The Irrelevants.

I’m not going to carry on this discussion anymore. It’s obvious what Newt is saying to me. I’ve had many conversations with many people in which we analogize, make hypothetical suggestions in effort to get a point across, and that’s what Newt is doing in that video, but if you want him to be a nutcase, crackpot just go ahead. You’re going to anyway.

G’night.

Maybe the Bushes and Romneys have done the country a favor with their little snit - - taking their ball home when they didn’t get their way.

OK whether or not you perceive it as I do, lots and lots and lots of other people do see it the same way and that makes Newt a no-go area for too many people.

I don’t see the immediate segue from proposing a terror psyop to proposing a new division of the FBI unshackled by the Constitution as a coincidence. He’s not a newbie at this.

Yeah, Newt would be a drag on the ticket for socons, and Trump already has Newt’s voter constituency. Newt would be better placed as Chief of Staff.

Trump / Newt - 2016

I understand you sentiment but to put Newt in as VP, IMO, would be a waste of his talent. I’d like to see him as Trump’s Chief of Staff. Being with Trump daily would use his abilities the best way.

Most VPs are neutered and useless in the political process.

Trump should hold a fundraiser for Ryan’s primary opponent Nehlen.

No, I saw the event happen at the time and I grabbed the first video that came up in the results. See the second video in #51.
