According to Rush and some joker the 1237 threshold is not binding. Means nothing. The vote at the convention is on the floor and it would mean that the 1237 is just an estimate. They can change any way they want. Then why in the hell does the RNC bother inconveniencing the voters with something like the will of the people when it means jack shi!. Trump is right. Kasich WAS running for the VP slot, but this coalition with Cruz may have ruined that. Cruz will NOT get the nomination on a 2nd or 70ieth ballot and Kasich may be seeing his leverage for the VP slot vaporizing.

First ballot, second ballot, all BS. Maneuvering to have disloyal delegates assigned to the winner of the delegate slots might be legal, but it is also unethical, immoral, dishonest, backstabbing, etc., etc., and trying to obtain through politics and maneuvers something the voters did not award you at the ballot box.

Just listened to Rush and after 15 minutes I couldn’t take it anymore. He’s twisting, and turning, and bending to try to “justify” the R delegate scam! How in the world do the Cruz supporters (Rush included) can possibly think that Cruz would NOT win in November is beyond me! If Cruz some how managed to take the nomination on a 2nd or 3rd ballots and he would lose a tremendous amount of support that he’d be lucky to get 40% in the national election! If you’re really a Cruz supporter- do you really want to see “your” guy lose to Hillary in November ‘16? A better case scenario for (disgruntled) Cruz supporters would be to see Trump lose to Hillary in November and then Cruz would be THE... “R” candidate in 2020!
