He was able to explain that the people DO understand that the rules are there and what they are...but the people are disdaining them as part of the whole power elite structure that needs to be dealt with.
He did a killer explanation on how Cruz can’t make a greeting without it sounding like the Gettysburg Address. He demonstrated what he himself had taught debaters, with a phrase given... pause pause pause...pharase... pause pause pause.... Good morning.

The worst part is that they never spoke and their campaigns are not only colluding with each other but also with the super PACs. They have acknowledged that they were communicating in such a way as to do just that. It’s crooked and criminal and they are playing right into the narrative that the system is rigged.
These desperate and weak candidates are flailing, ineffectual, and do not connect with voters. Trump is going to win in landslides going forward. Tomorrow will be fun and after the slaughter Lying Traitor Ted won’t stand a chance in Indiana.
These two dunces have unwittingly helped insure this is wrapped up before Cleveland.
or tell us again, Rush, how NAFTA would be great for the country. We believed you 30 years ago when we still had a vibrant nation. Your idealogy means more to you than the pitiful state of the union. You don’t have any children and are not personally invested in the future. The rest of us, have sons, daughters, and grandchildren who have to live with the consequences of the idealogy you promoted.
He pointed out how he gets no colleuge support from the senator (i.e he a asshole)
Then he made a great statement and demostration of Ted Cruz's Debating style by starting out by saying "Ted Cruz can't say good morning without making it sound like the Gettysburg address" Then when on to highlight just how patronizing and condescending Cruz sounds by while talking like Cruz explaining the technique.

They haven’t legally shut the voters out, but they have functionally done so, and that is wrong.
Making sure our voice is heard by the Republican Party shouldn’t be a full time job.

WOW! This is very sad news. If he retires, I just hope he DOES keep cranking out the rush revere books. Those are excellent.
I hope Limbaugh does make the audio available. I was so focused on posting quickly that I was only half-listening to what he said.
