Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!

Congratulations to our presumptive nominee, Donald Trump!

Great job in New York and throughout this campaign. Cruz and Kasich are now mathematically eliminated and just like all the others who were mathematically eliminated should concede and drop out so we can all unite behind our nominee and prepare to defeat the godless America-hating traitor Hillary Clinton in November.

As conservatives and patriots, it's time to put bruised egos behind us, heal our differences and act united in the best interests of our nation. The media and the GOPe will try to keep us divided, of course, but we must not fall for their treasonous tricks.

A divided Republican party will ensure Hillary waltzes into the White House in November.

Freedom is never more than one generation from extinction. Hillary would be a third term for Obama and would complete his mission of completely destroying America.

Do not let freedom expire on our watch!!

I'm praying this forum and our loyal members will now be shifting into high gear to defend our freedom by uniting against the treasonous enemy within.

Let's get Trump over the 1237 mark and finally take the GOPe completely out of the picture!!

Then onward to the presidency in November!!

To you the Orlando incident is a sign of lawyers doing good. I see it as a problem caused by lawyers in the first place.

To you he was an "ambulance chaser", to me he is typical of the breed of Government/Activist lawyer.

Doctors would not be held in the esteem they are if all they did was clean up after other doctors atrocities.

And that is essentially what lawyers (the good ones) are doing. And losing more then they are winning.

I agree. I’m not thrilled with the option but I think that’s his best bet to unite the party. Actually, from a practical perspective, either Cruz or Kasich or Rubio would help. Not ideal, but Trump winning is goal number one for me.

"and will have a fractured base from a contested convention."

Let me also add, that a fractured base from a contested convention is easier to repair than a fractured base from hateful rhetoric heaped onto supporters of one candidate by supporters of another candidate. Both Cruz and Trump supporters are extremely guilty of this, but Trump is the CANDIDATE who bears the blame by setting the example and legitimizing it.

Trump used "The other guy started it" as a way to justify his own bad behavior. That wasn't always a true statement, but even if it was, Trump admits he hits back harder. And what Trump does is often completely out of proportion to what was done to him. It's comparable to using a nuclear attack in response to a poke in the side.

I don't agree with a lot of Trump's "policies", but even if I agreed with him 100% I could never support a person like him, and would only ever vote for him if I was in a situation where my vote for him could help prevent an equally despicable person with even worse policies from winning.

Since I live in California, I can take pleasure in voting against Trump in the primary where my vote could actually matter for the first time in my lifetime, and I can take pleasure in not voting for Trump in the General, where my vote doesn't matter because the Democratic nominee will win the state by millions of votes.

Ironically, going into the campaign, I was a Trump fan and he was my first choice. It was observing his poor behavior and hearing his poor answers to substantive questions that has made me firmly opposed to him.

Wow...just yesterday Rush was a mortal enemy...a turncoat...the devil himself.
I guess after drinking the Trumpical Punch he’s a swell guy again.

==

Not at all, if the goal is to win the white house, the race was over after the FL and OH, primary. Rush knows this, but he has been and still is pandering to 40% of his customer base, after all you realize he’s selling a product, right.

In the mean time hurting the R’s chances in November by pretending Cruz is really a viable candidate and the only real conservative.

One days comments doesn’t change the damage and disunity he is causing. Watch, now that it becomes evident Trump will secure the nomination, his comments will began to reflect reality.

The goal is to beat Hillary, he needs to get 100% on board.

In response to my statement: “One need only look at who is running, funding and helping Cruz now, Its the Who’s who of the GOP Establishment.”

Stat man said:

“That doesn’t make Cruz one of them. He should refuse their help? Trump wouldn’t. In fact, Trump just hired a GOP Establishment guy to help him in the delegate fight, and is hiring more establishment types daily, by the sound of it.”

...
Cruz was Bush’s lawyer and is being run now by Roe. His Backers are all of the same group the Tea Party is fighting Romney, Graham, McCain, etc.

Its dishonest to equate Cruz’s inviting in the GOPe to save his losing campaign after his disastrous south performance with Trump hiring people who know how the GOPe steals elections from the voters. Cruz is OWNED by the GOPe Trump is the employer of his hired help. Difference is who controls whom.
...
Your point 2 is ignored, its childish.
...
Stat man also said in response to my “Not a one of the Cruz supporters can tells us how Cruz can win the General”

“This particular Cruz supporter believes Trump has already destroyed Cruz’s chance of winning the General. That “Lyin’ Cruz” lie was very effective. But I believe Trump’s repulsive invective has also guaranteed that HE cannot win the General. Trump has already guaranteed a Republican loss in November by dividing the party with hateful rhetoric.”
...
Nothing this election is more hateful then #neverTrump. All you claimed above was caused by Cruz and the #neverTrump GOPe.

Beginning here:
http://dcwhispers.com/report-cruz-campaign-prepared-sex-scandal-story-several-weeks/#AJoswBgC2KtGEf4S.99

As far as winning. Trump pulls from ALL demographics and brings in new blood. The false narrative that hes a stealth liberal helps Trump in the General. There are also a lot of people who will not vote for Hillary who will hold their noses and vote for Trump to spite the Dems and Hillary. Cruz does not have that advantage. So yes Trump can win. The Only thing that says otherwise is Push Polls that have been proven wrong so far by actual primary demographics results.
...

Stat man also said in response to my “When you have much smarter and better conservatives than you supporting Trump over Cruz, such as Jeff Sessions, Palin, Sheriff Joe, This sites Owner”

“I’ve never seen any evidence that any of the people you mention are smarter than me. And of course, you define smarter and better conservatives as those who support Trump.”

“I could easily post a list of people whom I could claim are smarter and better conservatives than you, but here’s another difference between me and most Trump supporters on this site: I don’t follow the Trump doctrine of escalating personal attacks.”
...
Yet here you are, supporting a strategy and candidate you admit cannot win the general; citing to polls your own eyes tell you are dishonest; and not getting behind the Presumptive nominee who actually can win the General based on Objective real world results.

building a fence or wall is not necessarily a Conservative position. The Soviets secured their borders. Conservatives don't have to.

False analogy.

Illegals weren't trying to invade the Soviet Union.
People aren't trying to escape the tyrannical USA.

False analogy.

You ignore the last part. The Conservative position is to put a stop to the gravy train they are coming here for. Stop giving out freebies. This is what Mitt Romney proposed four years ago. Trump considers it "mean-spirited". So who was right? Who was being the Conservative?

Everyone says the judges have cleared that up. No, it hasn’t been, really. The dems, hillary or bernie, will be using that to wipe the floor with Cruz.

Certain RAT-judges have pretended to "clear it up" for him to run. Then, should he get the nomination, a few weeks out from the general election, one or more of the suits will have gone to appeal, and other RAT-judges will declare him ineligible.

Not to mention, by then, he will have exposed himself as unlikable and un-electable.

The Soviets had no gravy train, they had trains to the gulags in Siberia.

Many of the Mexicans actually come here to work...illegally. (and drink)

“One days comments doesn’t change the damage and disunity he is causing. Watch, now that it becomes evident Trump will secure the nomination, his comments will began to reflect reality.”

Don’t count on it.

If Cruz “acquires” a bunch of delegates at a contested convention, that’s A-OK with Rush, because, after all, it only shows that Cruz is brilliant enough to “follow the rules.” Never mind that it would make millions of Trump supporters walk, blow up what’s left of the party and probably lose us the election.

Meanwhile, he mocks Trump’s voice, laughs at Trump supporters who call and gleefully reads out anti-Trump articles, all the while having breathless orgasms about “Ted Cruz... the ideal conservative”, who, to Rush, is as honest as the day is long and the “true heir of Ronald Reagan.”

Maybe if / when Trump actually gets the nomination he’ll come around. Should be interesting to see how he makes THAT pivot.

Enforce existing labor laws. Prosecute and penalize employers who hire them. Remove the incentive by eliminating payroll taxes.
