The cofounders of the popular Ben and Jerry’s ice cream company were arrested Monday afternoon as part of a sit-in on the steps of the U.S. Capitol protesting big money in politics.
Jerry Greenfield, 66, and Ben Cohen, 65, were arrested with about 300 others for “unlawful demonstration activities,” according to a statement from U.S. Capitol Police Monday. All demonstrators were processed and released the same day.

I've had both. Blue Bunny tastes more like chemicals to me. Blue Bell was nothing special. I prefer home-made ice-cream.
I dislike those loons, but I see two guys arrested for simply sitting on the Capitol steps in protest. Last I checked we had a right to peaceably assemble and to petition the government. Neither of those are qualified with “except near the seat of government.

Then they should change the name. It is offensive to me. I feel like they threaten me. I feel like they’re the liberal KKK and they want to kill me. I need my safe space. The only way I can be placated and feel safe is for the Unilever Company to arrest Ben and Jerry and execute them. Then I will be safe.
