Three Newly Released Trend Polls Show Donald Trump Climbing, Ted Cruz Collapsing…

A series of brand new trend polls (three – full pdf’s below) highlight an ongoing discussion/trend. With increased visibility Senator Ted Cruz support decreases.

It would be inaccurate to say Cruz is collapsing, if it were not for multiple polls indicating the same trend line. However, when you have three completely disparate polls, indicating an almost identical retraction, you cannot dismiss the reality.

Fox News and IPSOS Reuters both identify the issue on a national scale, and within the CBS polling of Pennsylvania voters you find the specifics as to why. First, the Fox Trend Poll showing Donald Trump extending his lead over Cruz to 18 points, as Cruz support plummets by 11 points in a month

If I can find a way to cheat, I'll win - In Jesus' name, amen

This sums it up perfectly. I am not a "birther" and have no problem with Cruz's "diplomatic status." What I am concerned about is his negative attitudes toward American traditions like representative government and religious plurality.

It is New York, which hasn’t produced a single electoral vote for the GOP since Reagan’s 49 state blow-out in 1984.
Indiana, in May, will be the real test.

However, Virginia, North Carolina, SC, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and Arizona have supported Republicans except for a couple of instances due to our terrible nominees in 2008 and 2012. In addition Trump won public caucus in Nevada that tends conservative and puts Michigan in play.

Meanwhile Cruz has won primaries in Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Utah, and Wisconsin (Wisconsin has voted Democrat for President since 1984). He was won public caucuses in Maine, Iowa and Alaska. (Maine and Iowa do not vote Republican for President).

Indiana is a test but even if Cruz wins it he only will have won six primaries (Five) Republican states and one Republican open caucus. Cruz is just not a viable national election candidate and will not even have the support of a majority of Republicans.

This is why Megyn Kelly made nice with The Donald. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ailes sent her over - they see the handwriting.

Nice try but it was Trump who started attacking Cruz first. This is what turned me completely against Trump. Hell I used to defend Trump. Not any more. I’ll take the consistent conservative over a fake one all day long.

I saw the first 5 minutes of Kelly’s show last night. It was a Trump Cruz focus group food fight. Kelly looked delighted at the blood letting.

Kelly is a slob and judging from what she did last night the letting do not go well.

I watched barely 5 minutes. It was totally gross and served no purpose.

His strategy of swiping delegates is fundamentally repulsive to people who think that elections should be won by those who won an election.

How many effigies of Cruz did the leftist hang in New York? How many Cruz supporters did they assault?

NONE

Sorry, but you are incorrect. It was Cruz talking to donors saying that Trump wasn’t electable and was badmouthing Trump. That was the opening salvo. Trump started countering Cruz immediately after that.
