Some where I read that his isn’t a continuous filming but one that has breaks. In other
words the camera doing the filming has a time lapse between each frame. That is why it is
a stop/start jumpy version. I have no idea if this is true or not or even if such equipment exist.
WRONG...The SS guy behind her just grabbed her or is about to...The SS guy in front of her has turned around as is reaching out to grab her...As Corey is trying to slide between her and Trump he turned his head to the rear to the reporter behind them who must be coming up fast...You aren't too observant, eh???

Yes, that is true. The security camera frame rates vary, but about half of them run around the 6 to 10 fps (frames per second) frame rate. Some are less than 5 fps, and others run 11 to 19 fps and greater than 20 fps.

As for Michelle Fields, she has a history of complaining about men mistreating her. Guy on FB has a video of trying to interview her and then shows how she described it later. Same Michelle Fields approach - SMEAR!

That was one of the motives for bringing it up. I think Secret Service really dropped the ball on this one. Had she been a real threat she had ample opportunity to deliver anything she had on her person no matter how it might be disguised.
Honestly, the whole event is being used as a weapon and it appears her intentions are really no different than an assasin’s which is to take Trump out of contention by any means possible. She is just another of a thousand cuts against this man.
I imported the video into Adobe Premiere, something in which you can step it one frame at a time and the video is just fine. I have no idea what you're seeing but the time stamps on the video are consistent.
It’s the cover-up/denial that is being used against him at this point. If Lewandowski had simply owned his very minor act, none of this would be happening just now. But the need to be perceived as one who does no wrong (pride) has intervened and taken this to a place it didn’t have to go.

Perhaps and perhaps not. The candidate sets the tone in determining just how much contact with the public they are willing to risk or not risk. Most journalists are already vetted to some degree, but Michelle Fields pushed and violated the normal boundaries. It remains to be seen what the Trump and Secret Service response to Michelle Fields in future events and other journalists like her and Tellis. I mention Tellis, because reviewing the videos gives me the impression he was distracting Corey Lewandowski with conversation and perhaps one of the Secret Service agents to give Michelle Fields a few more moments of time to approach Trump.

She was asking Trump about his past stated support for affirmative action / racial preferences. Haven’t heard if the elderly New York liberal bothered to answer before his thug tore at the diminutive woman.

It depends completely on where you are working. In the city where I worked we went through a violent period where there were stations that had several stabbing or shooting calls a day, sometimes right outside the station.
We arrived before the police on most calls. When the dispatchers knew that there was something bad still going on they would often tell us to “stage” nearby. But much of the time no indication was given to them that we were stepping into a situation where a dangerous perpetrator was still on scene. In addition I was responsible for the safety of my crew and led from the front.
Most contacts with idiots are more funny than dangerous. One Christmas eve we responded to a drunk lady who had forced her way into a neighbors apartment and was making a nuisance of herself. It sounded more like a police call than something we should be helping out with, but the neighbors thought that she was might be having a medical issue so we were sent to check her out.
So we showed up and I started trying to talk with her and she was quite hostile, so I called dispatch on the radio and requested police assistance. So my dispatcher called the police dispatcher and the police were very busy and the police dispatcher wanted to know why we needed assistance. While I was talking on the radio with my dispatcher the lady punched me in the eye.
So a few minutes later about six police cruisers showed up, but by that time my crew and I had her calmed back down but still could not convince her to go back to her apartment to sleep it off. When they police saw that she was behaving normally they were upset and wanted to know why we had called them and I suggested that they talk to her. Within a minute or two she went berserk and attacked a couple of police officers and it all took six of them to get her under control.
Corey is also a former state police officer ... because of that experience, he is going to have a sharper, heightened vigilance as opposed to a “regular” citizen. The SS had warned Fields twice as she aggressively pursued Trump - they should have moved her away, but it turned out Corey did it. Trump was in a SS protection zone, Corey assisted with protection ..... no case, IMO. She certainly lied initially about the encounter & has been backpedaling ever since. The state attorney issued a statement that is nothing like what is being reported (and he is the Clinton supporter):

Law enforcement charges on a probable cause standard. The State has to proceed on a legally higher standard of proof, which is beyond a reasonable doubt as well as whether there is a reasonable likelihood of a conviction. At this point, our office has not received the case.
Fields also says she was “violated”
